hello Gruntz lovers!
I have finally come to the point of designing, instead of just playing around in Gruntz... Well, actually, my brother has and he has just about finished designing his first ever Battle that I would like to post here for him. (I helped though! Frikzoogoo the co-Designer!)
However, we've run into the following dilemmas:
- How do you copy a logic? After I've assigned a pyramid/bridge to a certain switch, cant I just copy it like with other tilez and make a quick easy line of pyramids/bridge? PLEASE tell me there is a way...
- How do you make an item under a rock rechargeable? we've gone through the normal steps that would make it rechargeable if it weren't under a rock. It doesn't work
- Then we're proud to have designed the first ever Battle that effectively implements the devious ORANGE pyramidz and switchez... but, we've run into another roadblock. We have 4 orange switchez and 8 different rows of orange Pyramidz. However, we want it so that one switch triggers 4 specific rows, whether up or down. So, since there are only 4 switchez, each triggering 4 rows, and there are only 8 rowz of orange pyramidz, each orange switch triggerz a line of orange pyramidz that the another can trigger as well. Shouldn't be a problem we figured: only assign both switchez ID's in the 'rects' window to the desired pyramidz. Now when we run it and try triggering our lovely switchez all we get is chaos... Only the pyramidz with ID's to a switch respond. But sometimes they don't, sometimes when they're down they go down for a second and come back up, and vice versa when they're up.
I'm also busy working on a personal battle and can't wait to be part of the design team! (I've wanted to design levelz and battlez ever since I was a wee tot playing Gruntz for the first time) So I also want to get this battle working! Any help much appreciated
