Here are the gruntz spritez and soundz, thank you kijanek19 for your great rez extractor! These files can be found here: www.mediafire.com/?3uum43rjf8zxsI have several questions: 1: How to make a custom map with wapmap (New map clicking didn't work when I tried it, the latest version, BTW) 2: How can we edit the rez filez or vrz filez? 3: When making a new level in gruntz should it be based on an existing level or a new one and also: what CalcCow and what does it do, I know the manual you've posted gooroo and even tried several timez with a level and played with some logicz but all I want to know is whatz a good starting point to begin map or utility editing in gruntz in general? Thanks in advance. Captain Goo "All of your goo are belong to me!!!" PS: The gruntz editing file is a small collection of my edits and I have some more on my CPU (Freeze block, concept buy zu, and plane glass tile). Now you have a nice day, my friendz. Goodbye for now, and tell me of your thoughtz.

Here are the gruntz spritez and soundz, thank you kijanek19 for your great rez extractor! These files can be found here: www.mediafire.com/?3uum43rjf8zxsI have several questions: 1: How to make a custom map with wapmap (New map clicking didn't work when I tried it, the latest version, BTW) I have no idea what "WapMap" is, much less how it workz. The Monolith Productions, Inc. GruntzEdit system is available for download from here, and it workz just fine! I used WinRezLT to modify REZ filez in the past, but it seemz that my current virus checker programz claim it is infected with a Trojan virus, and immediately quarantinez every version I have been able to acquire. I strongly recommend opening a map in the graphicz area you wish to create a new Custom Level in, then immediately rename it to your desired CL name by doing a "Save as..". Then re-size the map (if necessary) and delete all of the Object logicz before you start building your own map. That way, all of the logic namez will be available to you (correctly spelled!) when you start adding your own logicz to tilez which require them. I strongly advise doing a CalcCowID on every object logic you add (even EyeCandy!), since it putz the tile's X and Y coordinatez into the logic, making it simple to tell what a nearby tile's X and Y coordinatez will be ... for the destination of Teleporterz of all kindz. I also give recommendationz in the CalcCowID Gruntz Level Editor manual about the placement of logicz within a tile square. Those recommendationz are to save you (or anyone using the system) a lot of de-bugging effort when there are several logicz on a single tile.

WapMap is the editor made by kijanek6 for the games like Claw, Gruntz and Get Mediaval. Unfortunately, it seems that it's not going to be for anything but Claw for a loong, looong time ( if at all ), and that's a pity. GruntzEdit is your only option for now.

As far as I can tell, you can't.
I tried using DxWnd program for that, but unfortunately, the game crashes before I can even reach the main menu.

Nice stuff. I went through and listened to all the voices for old times sake.
Where's the in-game music, though?

GRUNTZ.REZ/AREA#/MIDIZ/
There are two different themes in each world and they are divided into an INTRO piece and an AMBIENT piece which comes right after the first one.

So I guess it's stuck in XMI? Because I would love to just convert it somehow and listen to it straight up, looped. lol

Just rename the files from xxx.XMI to xxx.MID and there you go. They can be opened in Winamp that way, dunno how about other programs.
