It was already the second time when I came across a "we have problems blah blah big bear attacking our servers" error message when I tried to access this forum. Is it caused by GoDaddy's maintenance or something like that?

Is it caused by GoDaddy's maintenance or something like that? I have not experienced any problemz in any of the several timez a day that I login to the Forum. Have you by any chance done a screen grab of the error message?

EDIT: Okay, now I do, because it happened again. Seems to be a ProBoards thing instead.

7:55AM in Poland! How far ahead of Greenwich Mean Time are you? I believe that would have been around 8 or 9PM for me, toward the end of the peak hourz in the continental United States. When I return home from and other errandz, I will check the ProBoards server status, to see when outagez occurred.

It's GMT +01:00, from what my system clock shows. I thought that the common difference between my country and English countries is 6 hours?

Your 7:55AM should not have been anywhere near "peak hourz", so I am at a loss as to why there should have been any problem at that tie of the day. But there have been several incident reportz made to ProBoards Support, and the staff is reportedly looking into "server issues". Apparently this Forum is on one of the servers with 'issues'.

I am having problemz doing any maintenance to the web host ... every file transfer method usez an applet that I apparently no linger have. So I cannot specify the source for any file(s) I want to upload or replace. I have a Gruntz Custom Level ready to go, but cannot show the Statz Page image or a "View the map" (which I do not have prepared, anyway). I have an open ticket seeking help from GoDaddy to resolve the problem, but will have to wait for a personal reply ... all I have so far is an automated message that my situation has entered their system. This post is in General rather than under Gruntz General because it affectz everything that is normally linked from this Forum. (I have other filez and imagez I have wanted to post throughout the Forum.)
