This is probably because you didn't set up this switch as affecting anything. If a switch doesn't have a TileTriggerSwitch logic, or if it has a TileTriggerSwitch that isn't used by any TileTrigger (or TileSecretTrigger), the game will throw up an error either as soon as you try to open the level, or as soon as any grunt steps on the switch (or if any grunt is spawned on the switch).

The other problem is with a re-spawning Grunt; when a second Grunt is due to be spawned, if the first is still there ... ERROR!

I spend my hourz for making TileTriggerSwitch and TileTrigger logicz. And its works fine in some switch placez. How can i fix that?

On a single switch there should be no more than one GruntStartingPoint (which puts a grunt on top of it) and one TileTriggerSwitch logics. For that one TileTriggerSwitch, you have to make sure that its ID is used by at least one TileTrigger (or TileSecretTrigger) in order to avoid errors.

Check if you already have 15 Gruntz on the same team (Smarts value), if so change it to another team (1-3, 15 Gruntz limit on each for a maximum of 45 enemy Gruntz at one time on the map)
You said it happens again in other placez when deleting that Grunt, so this is definitely your problem - too many Gruntz on the same team.
I'd use the lowered switch instead of the raised one, but this does not seem like a switch error.
Make sure you used Calc Cow ID on all your TileTriggerSwitch logicz, though.
