My name is Kathy, I just turned 42 last week. I bought this crazy game in 98 or 99 when my then teenage sons and I had downloaded a demo of it. We rushed right out to buy it and have played it many times over since. I was just playing it again this week and got stuck and went online to get some help. (The kids used to help me then but now I was on my own) I found this great website and thought I would participate. I too wish there were a gruntz 2 & 3 & 4. I am excited to try to custom levels. I live in Spokane, Washington with my husband and my 18 yr old son who is about to graduate, and my 2 Shar-peis. Thankfully I don't work and I can play this silly game all day if I want to!

Welcome, Kathy! You're about 90 miles north of my daughter and her husband ... Pullman, WA. And about 300 miles east of me; same from the last marketer of Gruntz (Monolith Productions, Inc.) in Renton, WA. When you finish the Standard Levelz, there are about 130 Custom Levelz waiting for you to try. I'd suggest you save the Custom Levelz designed by Günter for last ... they are universally tough! If you look at the estimated solve time, the lower the time, the easier the puzzle is to solve ... unless it is one of Gamer's Custom Levelz. For his, all bets are off. A 2 minute time to solve only means that the game timer time says 2 minutes at the end; it might have taken someone 2 days to actually finish the CL!

Thank you GooRoo! How neat! I was just searching for the postings about the custom levels when I got a notice of your reply! I am on the 3rd level of Honey I shrunk the gruntz and when I get done with the game AGAIN I will start trying the custom levels! Thanks a lot! I noticed that a lot of people listed their hobbies. I love to read, cook, watch old movies, but my biggest passion besides this game is genealogy!
