Hi from HomsickTxn. I got Gruntz from RealOne Arcade a couple of months ago. It only took a few times playing it before I was thoroughly addicted. I love puzzle games, and the Gruntz make me laugh -- what a great combination!
I've already browsed some of the old Forumz archives for help with some tricky puzzles, and have also started using the level walkthrus. So I think I will get a lot of great information from this forum, and will enjoy reading everyone's posts.
Happy Gruntzing ...

Welcome! We're glad you came. I'm sure you'll find all the assistance and help you need. Anytime you need help with a level, just holler and somebody will be sure to drop by and lend a hand. And remember, after you finish the original 32 levels, there is secret bonus level and 130+ custom levels for you to try.

Another Gruntz addict! I don't think you will run out of puzzles any time soon ... I am about one third complete with a new Custom Level. And I have it on pretty good authority (the designers) that there are a few others that are "in the works". For some of the designers, northern hemisphere summer is a time when there is a bit of free time (school is out ) that leadz to a new Custom Level or two. For others, it is a time to put Gruntz away (vacations, summer jobs, etc.). I usually get more done in (northern hemisphere) winter, when my outdoor activities are curtailed. But (for a change) I am pretty much caught up on the outdoor activities until late July (then the house gets painted), so am trying to get this one out before it is time to take up the paint brushes. As FriedGruntzaholic said ... there are already 130+ Custom Levelz to dive into after you have solved the 32 Standard Levelz that came with the game. I suspect you will be slowed down a bit by "The Final Battle" (Gruntz In Space - Stage 4). Happy Gruntzing!!!

I've finally completed all the standard levels, so now I'm wondering how to find the "secret" level. Can someone fill me in on that? Thanks!

I've finally completed all the standard levels, so now I'm wondering how to find the "secret" level. Can someone fill me in on that? Thanks! Easy enough. Start Rocky Roadz, Stage 1 of the standard levelz. Don't worry about getting anything except the gauntletz. Go to the checkpoint (that's why you need the gauntletz) and SAVE! SAVE! SAVE! Because from this point on, you cannot save your game. Now enter the cheat code*, mplametoy and give the yo-yo you receive to your gauntletz grunt. Start him over the arrowz and he will trigger a super secret red warp that will take you to the secret level. *How to cheat: To enter a cheat code, press Enter from the game screen, which will bring up a chat box. In the chat box, enter your desired cheat code. All cheat codes start with the letters mp.
