My subconscious mind was working on me as I slept last night, and gave me "X Markz The Spot" as a title, and further directed me to the "Gruntz In Space" graphics set. With all that (I hope!) is going on with the 12th anniversary project, I plan to keep it small(-ish) ... around 32X24 tiles ... with a big X in the very center. So early on in the design, there will be only tilez ... no logicz. That way I would be able to 'grow' the map using 'Block Copy', as needed, to expand the map.
Now, my purpose in posting here is to solicit discussion about possible interest in otherz working to make this a series, prompting the addition of '8' to the title of the puzzle.
Reply to this thread only if you are interested in doing a puzzle as part of such a series.

A little clarification seems to be in order.
I have released an Area 8 version of "X Markz The Spot", which means there are seven other graphics areas which may have an "X Marks The Spot" version. The 'theme' is simply a graphical X somewhere on the map, which may contain the Question Mark Switch, the SecretTeleporterTrigger, the Warpstone Piece, oodles of Coinz (Pirate's treasure that is) or whatever else you may think of that would be crucial to the solution of the overall puzzle.
While my submission has that X centered on the map, left-to-right, top-to-bottom ... and contains all of the elements I mentioned above as possibilities, your version can be anywhere, and contain anything you consider extremely important.
So if you think this idea has merit, feel free to post here that (for example) "I am doing a version in Area 7".
