I never even considered the 'shortcut' ... I was 'tunneled' into pursuit of the "PERFECT!" score. But I understand your desire to force the intended solution, instead of such a shortcut.

I'm stuck at this part: No matter what I do, the gauntlets grunt will break all the rocks and kill my boxers grunt. Breaking all the rocks is a good thing, he is supposed to. But he isn't supposed to kill the boxers grunt, can someone help me out?

For now, all I'm going to say is that you apparently wasted something crucial to solving this problem. Load the save made when you stepped on the checkpoint switch and I'm sure you'll see the answer.

Now I realize what I did wrong, that rolling rock was needed in order to kill the gauntlets grunt. Darn it.
Since I saved after I got rid of it I have to start all over on the level again. Thanks for the help.
