I don't know if this is asked before.
When a quest level is completed, which file stores the information? I would like to unlock all the levels without having to play them again.

If you are talking about the 'Standard' questz, all you need are the cheat codes. Custom questz, all we have are the statistics of the puzzle, and replay would be required to find out how it is solved.

Quick insights: When I remove my Gruntz.sav file, all Levels higher than Rocky Roadz are locked again, so I guess, it gets stored in there.
I would go a step further and say "The Level you get when clicking 'Quick Start' is stored ad offset 0x10 of Gruntz.sav." I've tried it and got 0x26 for Training-2, 0x27 for Training-3, 0x28 for Training-4, 0x01 for RockyRoadz-1, 0x02 for RockyRoadz-2, 0x05 for Gruntziclez-1.
But editing this value only adjusts the 'Quick Start' button, the menu doesn't get updated. Perhaps it only gets updated when you solve the last level of a world.
