Oh dear, it seems that this level got corrupted and everything went topsy-turvy. But perhaps there is a method and a solution to this madness?

You will have to do some experimenting. Always try walking into the different-looking tiles to see what they do. You already know the hill border tiles that your Gruntz start on are safe, for example.
The level is really simple once you get used to this new environment.

I completed the level but missed 2 coins and the Secret.
How to get the W?

What do you mean you can't find the Secret Switch? It's in plain sight!
...jokes aside, it really does not require any breaking or digging. It's just on one of the tiles you never landed on. It's not random though, there's a hint to it. Search in the left half of the map.
As for the coins, they're all in the left half of the map as well.

Yeah, those are not real coins, just decorations. As far as I know, real items cannot be flipped or inverted, so if you ever see something like this you can safely assume it is not collectable. Also, I see you broke all the possible objects on the screenshot, so the coins you missed must be somewhere else. The Secret Switch is pointed at by an arrow.

Is it accessed through rubber ducky? Some hint please

To reiterate, the Secret Switch is in the left half of the map and an arrow is pointing at it. Another hint would be that it operates bricks and is therefore placed on a brick tile.
