Well, this level is a stinker! It took me forever to get across the breakable bridgez, and now I am stuck at the big green pyramid maze, with the bombz gruntz....is it really necessary for him to go through this maze? Every time I try, he gets blown up! And, I couldn't get the coin that is in the middle of the ice bridge just above that. AND my new gruntz, which I have just placed on the creation pad, always lures the bombz ACROSS the path, not down each corridor.... Are these gruntz just too frozen to move where I want them to? HELP!

Every time I try, he gets blown up! It has been quite a while since I played this CL, but I believe the Bomber Grunt does not go through the Green Pyramidz ... either not at all, or he exchange the Bomb for another Tool before entering the Green Pyramidz area. That coin is reached (I am told) via the Secret Switch ... I didn't get it either. The Grunt you send is the Bombz Grunt ... he runs musch faster than any other Grunt, and the enemy Bomb Gruntz will run straight across the intersection.

Well I made it through that part....now, the toobz is totally overwhelmed by the three purple toobz....and the strawz by the three green strawz, even if I give him the gunhatz beforehand...there is zap cola for the strawz but none for the toobz....and this always happens right before the end...........argh!

When (if?) I finish the walkthroughs for all of my own Custom Levelz, I will take on the task (assistance, anyone?) of doing walkthroughs for some of the more difficult CLz (as this one ) without walkthroughs created by the designer. An open challenge to Gruntzerz: making walkthroughs for Günter's CLz that do not have them! Günter's e-mail address (in my Gruntz Fanz address list) is no longer valid, so I have no way to contact him. Perhaps he is just busy getting himself established in 'the real world', and will be back giving us fits with his designs in the near future. In the meantime, perhaps someone has the time to write a walkthrough or two, to help him out.

I don't know how quickly I will be able to get any done, as working two jobs and being the head of a household does not leave much time for other things. Especially so since I anticipate, over the next several months, doing or overseeing a lot of household and auto repairs that I have been putting off for reasons I'd rather not go into. But I will do what I can when I can. It's just that sometimes I'd rather play than work when I get home from work. But I'll be glad to help.

I'll be glad to do my share too...but....wouldn't it be easier if the designer wrote it while it is being created? I mean, for tricky parts, where timing is critical or if something has to be done on another part of the map before something else can be done, it would be nice to know about it...and mazes are horrible to figure out!! Where can we submit the walkthroughs when we're finished?

In many cases of Custom Levelz without walkthroughs, the designer is no longer active in Gruntz ... does not post in Forums, has not created new CLz, etc., and perhaps no longer has the e-mail account 'on record', so contact is difficult, if not impossible. In the case of my own CLz, it is simply a matter of procrastination, "too many irons in the fire" and finding more fun in designing CLz than writing about the solutions. Procrastination: I wanted to wait until people had a chance to solve them on their own (and then the second 'excuse' ... "too many irons in the fire" came into play.) I am trying rectify that now ... but the improved weather of late Spring and Summer may eat drasticly into the time I spend on writing walkthroughs. ("Honey Do"s, with no excuse of "It's raining/snowing/too cold to ...".) So walkthroughs are fast becoming an 'after dark only' project. Anyone with the time and desire to do so, may e-mail results to me, as Word document attachments. I take one of my previous walkthroughs for a completed CL, and do a "Save as", and then modify the newly named version to be the walkthrough for the CL I am working on. It has long been my desire to do walkthroughs ala Paul's "A Word Of Sweetz", with embedded images, links, etc., etc., etc., but my HTML skills leave a lot to be desired. However, anyone with the knowledge and skills to do so may produce HTML walkthroughs. I will simply have to learn how to save such a file, in order to be able to upload it to my web host, to make it available on-line to the Gruntzer community. (Clicking on an HTML link only displays the formatted document, and I haven't taken the time to try to learn how to SAVE one for modification or other manipulations.) P.S. It is best (IMHO) to write a walkthrough immediately after solving a CL to a "PERFECT!" score, when everything is fresh in one's mind, and there are all of those SAVEd points to work from.

WalkingBear, You can get the coin in the water by having the straw gruntz waiting in position and the gauntletz then steps on the secret switch (move fast). It is possible to get the bombz grunt thru the pyramids and then use him to lure the enemy bomberz. Use your tubez grunt to lure the enemy tubez, as they approach use the gunhatz to shot at them. Also use your gunhatz to eliminate one of the enemy strawz before your strawz has to deal with them ( you may want to see if he can get a shot in while the strawz are fighting).

First things first...I am working on a walkthrough for Kitchen of Doom right now... and I also have a nearly completed one for Christmastime. When those are done, I will send them to you and let you get them available to download. I am not very computer savvy.
Secondly, for the level, Imaginiceon...I will try what you suggest...there are so many levels, and so little time! But I play at least a couple of hours a day...gotta have my fix!

I got my gauuntletz, gooberz and 2 barehanded gruntz to where the gunhatz were ... now who is crossing the bridge?... I think maybe I should have left the barehandedgrunt and send gauntletz back to his checkpoint...put gooberz on his checkpoint and continue with the new grunt... well what's the correct way I'm stuck here... I'll appreciate some help here...

I believe you need to have three Gruntz cross the Bridgez in the water area; my guess (CRS is a problem): - Gauntletz
- GooberStraw
- Bare-handed
although I seem to recall a GunHatz Grunt in this CL that does battle with several enemy Gruntz in an enclosed area ... tough!

I looked at my list, I have completed this CL, but did not mark whether I got a Perfect! or not. I will try to look at it later and see if I can help you out, Gaby. Good Luck until then!

Gaby, have you just gone through the GP's, and killed the gunhatz?
Strawz suckz the goo, and createz a new grunt. Then, strawz goes to his checkpoint. The two barehanded gruntz wait by the black pyramid, and gauntletz goez across all the toggling bridges...and stepz on the BOTS.
Barehanded gruntz then join gauntletz. SAVE!
I found it easiest to have a grunt stand below the YTSz and from left to right, walk across them...
IT will take practice, but after you get the cadence of the tilez, all three have to cross that last bridge...
Experiment with the switchez, you might find one that workz better for you. Good Luck!
I have a walkthough almost ready, but I missed a BOTS somewhere and will have to replay to see if I can find it...it goez to the black pyramidz at the bottom left, where gauntletz has smashed a rock mountain...I did it once, a long time ago but can't remember what to do to get those black pyramdiz down....does anyone else?

if you mean the 3 BOTz at the beginning... the upper BOT must not be tuched because it closes the pyramid that is lowerd already... the other pyramid is lowerd when the gauntletz standing near the TWA steps on the BOT that's between 2 arrows... after this grunt passes the upper lowerd pyramid, the bricklayin grunt can step on the BOT that's on his way down... I hope that's what you meant...
