This level, as it'z name suggestz, has 1000 Coinz in it!! The main part involvez digging and breaking to obtain coinz, which are found almost under every single hole/mushroom . Edit: The level was titled 1001Coinz, but is now titled 1000Coinz due to a counting flaw in the game engine.

This is the current Custom Level being verified for release. With 1,001 Coinz, it seemz it should take a lot longer than 45 minutez to complete the puzzle!

Finished! Brought the Warpstone to the King, that is ... but the Statz Page sayz "1000 of 1002" Coinz (the first time) and "1000 of " Coinz the second time! So I cannot verify that a " PERFECT!" score is possible in this one. I am also modifying the original post in this thread to indicate the actual time Gruntzerz can expect to take in solving this puzzle.

Well, there are no Coinz on Crumble Gridgez in this one ... and there are only a dozen or so Tilez which flip-flop between Holez and Moundz ... never changing to ordinary Tilez. The first time through, I used the Shovel as if it were 'magic' three or four timez on each of the unchanging onez ... no prize ever showed up. When I was ready to send the Warpstone into the King's Fortress (proper ... the Grunt can enter the immediate area without giving the Warpstone to the King) I SAVEd ... because I have such fantastically bad luck in capturing the word " PERFECT!" in my screen grab, and frequently have to do several grabz before I get what I want. Scrolling around the map when I fell short on Coinz, there were no breakable objectz remaining, and only the Holez (I left them that way so they would stand out) that don't change to ordinary Tilez were left. I don't think BattlezM would be so nasty as to hide a Coin somewhere under one of the several 5X5 EyeCandy objectz (Miniature Masterz 'TreeHouse', for example). There is a Secret Switch, but I think it is in the puzzle just to have a 'Secret' ... the only thing that happened (within my view on a 1024X768 screen) was the Secret Switch changed to a Construction Tile, and back again. So BattlezM may have found yet another bug in the Gruntz game engine ... a limit to the number of Coinz (or Secretz, or Toolz or whatever) that will be counted correctly.

I will resend the fiixed level (now to be titled 1000 Coinz). Now we know what the max limit of the coinz in a CL is 1000 . DId you say 1002 coinz? My statz show 1001? (I am going to recheck it to see how many coinz need to be deleted)

I thought I was doing really well....got all the coinz (I hope!) and got everyone on a PMGS, got the warpstone just about to enter the fort.........and.........swordz gruntz start streaming out and whacking my gruntz!
I wish there was a gunhat somewhere, to kill those pesky rockz gruntz too...
So what am I supposed to do to get the warpstone into the fort?

You were in a much better position to take care of this problem...from the beginning ! Your gruntz should quickly move onto the PMGSz, then move one near the enterance on and off to smash the enemy gruntz with the PPz.

How in the world do you get 14 gruntz all on their switches w/o some getting killed by the rock throwers? It's impossible!

my thoughtz exactly... IMHO BattelzM is trying to bring the battle field to us because we do not go there by ourselvez... note to BattelzM - we do't play battlez because we do not like battlez... life is an uphill battle, when we play we'd like to relax and enjoy...

I like some of his games tho, but this one is a killer from the word go. I've tried about 6-7 times to get started. Oh well, guess I'll try another.

Ok Battlez, can you help with this? I just can't keep from getting killed. Should I not try to kill the enemy right away? Is there something hidden somewhere in the game that will help out? Boy, I am just stuck at the beginning.

Sadly, the first part of this level is the most nerve-racking one. First as soon as the level loadz, select a group of four gruntz in a square, click on one of the PSz in the square. All four gruntz should move onto the four switchez. Repeat the process with the other set of four gruntz. Save, quickly using F2. Then continue to put more gruntz onto the PSz. the pairz of gruntz next to each other can be made to zig-zag. IF you can do it quickly enough, the rockz would have thrown for the second time. Then the PPz leading to the fort will come down. Have a grunt move on and off of his PS to smash the enemiez that try to pour out. Save again before attempting this. Send any grunt in red to get health. Now it will be a matter of digging/breaking/avoiding hazardz.

Alrighty then. So the rock throwers also quit throwing and try to come out when the PP's come down? Thankz Battlez. But can you take it a little easier on the next game?
