Gaby has taken the time to create JPG imagez of her Custom Level mapz ... and has sent them to me. I have uploaded them to the Forum's web host, and the process has begun of adding a link into those threadz so that you may view the entire map (somewhat reduced in size) and see the beauty of her creationz. The threadz are being updated in alphabetical order, so you may check out 4TheCrown (and possibly several more) to see what a new thread may look like in the future. Personally, I don't know how she is creating these full map imagez ... but I'll bet she will be willing to tell us how she did it, so we may do the same for our own creationz.

Every CL made by Gaby may not have good combination of Tilez... but they all have beautiful imagez in the mini-map. I can't imagine how she can do that... it's just amazing

thank you guyz... I'm glad you like it... but really, no magic is involved here, just plain computering (copy, paste and save as...)... in the GLE I print to bitmap... from the Picture Manager I copy... and paste into the PowerPoint where I save picture as... (name of the CL.JPG) to a folder I named mapz imagez (clever ha?... ) then send it to GooRoo as an attachment... that's that... Have fun

I do not have PictureManager, nor do I have PowerPoint. So it appearz I will be unable to do the same sort of thing for my CLz (existing, or future).

I don't think I will be able to do every onez imagez because of lack of time... it takes too much time to do the changez of the statz info. display plus I will not be here (at my computer) in August for the whole month... so if you have those programz installed on your computer please try doing it ... IMHO the programz I mentioned are MUST on every PC especially if you are a student ...

Now, to help everyone out (besidez just me), perhapz you could write out a "cook book" recipe for doing the entire job ... listing the program(z) used in each step?

Hmmmmm.......It seems to me that any good graphics imaging program should be able to handle this little task, perhaps even good 'ol MS Paint (though I'm biased toward PhotoImpact )

Hmmmmm.......It seems to me that any good graphics imaging program should be able to handle this little task, perhaps even good 'ol MS Paint (though I'm biased toward PhotoImpact ) you are correct it is possible to paste the BMP from the editor to MSPAINT and save as JPG... I used MS PictureManager and MS PowerPoint because my first and only intention was to create a PowerPoint presentation to keep on my disconkey and represent it to family memberz and friendz who are not familiar with Gruntz ... BTW in Metamophosis GooRoo provided an JPG example of what the puzzle looks like
