Ok major upset here. Since my keys are sticking, but still working, please please tell me it would be okay to run water in the keyboard to get the coffee out? ? And yes I take sugar in coffee but I turned the keyboard upside down right away. *pray, pray*

Is your keyboard wireless and battery operated?

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but I'm afraid your keyboard is toast--as in done for. I've had several experiences with this type of problem and TTBOMK, none of my keyboards has survived the experience. The heart of your keyboard is one large printed circuit board that contains many little wires called traces. If you spill any kind of liquid into it while the power is running you will create one or more short circuits (most likely many) that will burn out those traces (think of a burned out light bulb). Even if you get it all dried out, likely the keyboard will not function correctly as before. My advice--toss that coffee marred keyboard and buy a new one. They're fairly inexpensive.

Try putting it in the dishwasher, but don't use soap, just cold water. I've washed two keyboards this way and both work perfectly. Oh, and have a spare.

Thank you FG. I answered you then deleted the post cuz guess what?? I remembered my old keyboard that I put away when I got this setup and it worked instead of 'it sorked.' My "m's & v's & w's" and back. Yippee. But I'm going to get another tomorrow anyway. It's better to have a standby than be without. I'm so glad your post reminded me of that old board. Thanks again. PS: I'm really not usually that slow but since my strokes (just lots of minor ones, don't worry), I don't compute that fast all the time. I feel Edit: Why thank you Alexandgruntz. You know, I think I'll do just that and see if it works. Just for kicks, what can it hurt? Edit again: I just noticed your image and am laughing my hinny off. Coo-lll. And hilarious.
