Tomalla, since the walkthrough is held up, can you help me with my previous question about the magic spellz area? I don't have enough health once I warp to get bootz and try to pass swordz. I have the exact same problem ... I made it to the Blue Wormhole and to the Gravity Bootz but could not survive casting another spell before changing into the protection against the Spikez . I imagine this is one of those "perfect timing" thingz to remove both Club gruntz and the Sword Grunt with a single Rolling Golf Ball . Getting too old for these typez of puzzlez, I guess, because I only got two gruntz with the first one, and had to spend a second to remove the third grunt ... and needed one more to activate the Silver Timer Switch so I could make my way through the Silver Pyramidz puzzle. It would be easy to get past that last grunt with a third casting of a spell ... impossible with a fourth casting.

GooRoo, you must have had more health than I to start with because I was able to take out both clubz and the swordz in one full swoop (took many, many tries and doesn't always work). Then I had to use it on the silver switch, and then thru the warp with only a small amount of health left. Did you start out with full health? I think that I need to replay this part again.

I was at full health thankz to a Keg of Zap Cola right after acquiring the Gauntletz , and the Can of Zap Cola just before acquiring the Magic Wand probably put me back near full health.

I got it! I got it! I was able to get more health by gauntletz crossing the spikez differently. Now I am stuck where the 2 gruntz get the wingz. I think they cross to the green switchez in middle of spikez, holez, and rolling ballz. Whew! I only seem to be able to get one to the platform where the gauntletz are and the other is stuck at the green hold switch with not enough wing power to cross. This is quite a challenging level.

The Grunt with red health picks up Gauntletz. Another one goes through two switchez - Toggle and stays on the Hold switch. Later, you'll equip megaphone, so you will be able to let him out of there Hah, when I'll finish my walkthrough, nobody will have questions anymore! LOL

I believe I have captured all of the walk-through elementz to my hard drive. After I modify the referencez to relative addressing and make sure everything workz, I will upload it to the Forum's web host, and make sure the linkz work in the original post. Then you may delete the linkz in your post ... or keep them in place ... particularly the off-line version (which I have not done anything with, being archived with RAR). Edit: The original post now has the walk-through link to the Folrum's web host.

I finished the level with a PERFECT! Tomalla, thank you so much for the fantastic walkthrough! I was going totally wrong at the part with the wingz. I thoroughly enjoyed the level, but to me it got harder after the wingz part and I definitely needed to refer to the walkthrough for help. Your levelz are always so interesting and the walkthroughs are so professional looking (love the pictures). Thank you for the effort you put into both.

Well, I am frustrated again...after I used the wand the second time to go through the SP'z, I didn't have enough health to get by the dark green sword grunt...I don't enjoy levelz where the timing is extremely tight, or you have to get by with one or two barz of health, or the UFO'z are so close together that you can't get by if you are a fraction of a second off...I'll leave this one for another day. The walkthrough is excellent, well explained and lotz of picturez to help you along, so thankz for that!!!

Hmm ... I tested this part ( with MagicWand ) approx. 10-12 times previously. And ... I had missing health only ONCE, however I didn't know why ... You get full health near the Gauntletz, right? When you are after spikez walk, you have approx. 1/4 health lost. Then - you pick up ZapCola, which regenerates this 1/4 of health. You have only one-point ( one-pixel indeed ) health lose. You WILL be able to cast three spells without dying. Try to track this and please tell me, which part of my description doesn't match to yours. Then, we will try to find out, what is going wrong Don't give up so easily! Regards, Tomalla

I have enough health to kill the purple gruntz, and make it through the BW in the silver pyramidz...but not enough to get by the green sword grunt after I get the gravity bootz. A sword grunt will take half of a grunt'z health...so I am going to try it again, this time waiting until after I kill the purple gruntz, THEN use the zap cola, then go through the silver pyramidz...and see if I have enough health left... I had to use the wand twice...once to kill the gruntz, and the second time to go through the silver pyramidz..as it says in the walkthrough...there is not enough time to get to the silver pyramidz, once you kill the gruntz...I tried it about 20 timez...thinking it might be a matter of timing, but my grunt getz squashed every time. Ok, I won't give up yet, but it is very frustrating!

Walkingbear, I had the exact same problem with the health. It had to do with the way that I crossed the spikez after gauntletz pickz up the keg of zap cola. I was going step-by-step and I used up more health. You have to click ahead of your grunt so that he crosses the corner faster and he will lose less health. Try it and see the difference in the amount of health that you have on your way to breaking the mushroomz and on from there. I hope all of that made sense.

Yes, twiggy, I do know about that, and I also think there might be a difference in health loss depending on whether you cross the spikez horizontally or diagonally, but I am not sure about that...
I did try to "cut cornerz" as much as possible, and I waited until the purple gruntz were killed before picking up the zap cola, but I lose it when I use the wand the second time, before entering the silver pyramidz...I need more than half my health to survive the hit by the sword grunt, after I pick up the gravity bootz...wish there was another keg there when I land...

The Sword grunt shouldn't touch you ... the third casting of the Rolling GolfBallz spell removez him ... at the cost of only 1/4 health (instead of a stab taking 1/2 health away).

Good news for everyone. I tried this a month ago and could not do it. Oh, I was so frustrated. But with the help of the walkthrough, not only did I get a Perfect, but I found that it is not as hard as I had at first thought. As a matter of fact, I really, really enjoyed it. Thank you Tomalla.

I was referring to the dark green sword grunt, who stabz my gravity boot grunt as I try to sneak by him...this is in the area where you land once you go through the BW in the SP maze area in the start area... Maybe it is just me...and maybe it is a matter of perfect timing or something else that I am missing...?

It's like GooRoo said, you will use the final spell to kill that swordgrunt and should have a small amount of health left. If you don't have enough health left, you will have to go back and make some up in that spike area. That is what I did when I was stumped in that same spot.

I'm stuck with wingz crossing the toggle bridge... have to wing it at least once, but then I haven't got enough wing power to the trigger...
