Oh yes the bombs death run... I remember that part - quite tough, but if you place everyone except the bomb in the same group, it should be possible. The bomb have to make a run for it over the silver and then the green switch, to finally intercept the spotlight. While he sings the other grunts should hurry up to the green switches.

Thanks, and i fugured this out too. Now my 3 gruntz (toobz, spadez and glovez) have crossed the 3 checkpoints and am really stuck as to what to do next. - There are two checkpoint pyramids with coins which are not down; meaning i have missed something - I have to put the 3 gruntz on purple switchez which are hidden. But glovez breaks rocks and gets a Sponge gun. Why do i need a spongegun? - There is an arrow maze and a sugarcube next to a Black switch. What is purpose of these?

I did not make Bomber do the deathrun; timing of silver pyramid is very tight. I just made him cross over through the green tiles and made him stand in the spotlight. He sacrificed himself, letting the other 3 gruntz get through!!

Ok, I finally ot a PERFECT on one of the most difficult level i have played. To help others i will answer my own questions: - Dont send all 3gruntz to Checkpoint; first send spades and strawz to get the coins on the checkpoint pyramid which are DOWN. After that raise the checkpoint flag. - Spongegun is used to help the other 2 gruntz on the Purple switchez. - I found no apparent use of the arrow maze or the black switch.

Wow - not only did you make it, but you also found a minor flaw that i wasn't aware of myself (one that I am aware of is that some of the RB's in the puzzle right above are harmless (edge of map)). That arrow maze WAS supposed to be used - but you found a shortcut (doh). I could correct that, so that it can only be played the way it is intended to - but that really isn't needed. The CL is hard enough as it is. Now that you've done it - have you completed "The Warped Labyrinth"? That too is made to be MAD.

I am very bad with the abbreviations used and have no clue what is RB??? Is there some link which lists all the abb.? I will play a CL by you after playing a few others; your CLS drain me but make me think too and hope you keep them coming!!

Well it also means Rolling Ball, as far as I remember. At least that is what I meant.
And I hope you will see more to me and my CL's soon. I have little time at the moment to do Gruntzy things. But I hope to get back soon with new very hard to frustrating CL's.

Was you logged in? If you did so, the problem is with your Internet, because I think many people opened the page perfectly... Also, can anyone send this level for me?

Well it also means Rolling Ball, as far as I remember. At least that is what I meant. Gruntzerz have consistently referred to Rolling Rockz (RR) no matter which graphicz set the puzzle is in, since there are Rolling Rockz, SnowBallz, Rockz, MaltedMilk Ballz, EightBallz, Olivez, GolfBallz and Rockz in the eight areaz, three of them being truly 'Rockz'. Very Hard I can live with, but I detest Frustrating because I still only have a single SAVE slot available at any one time. There are nine Custom Levelz that I have been trying to get walkthroughz written for, some of which I have still not proven that a " PERFECT!" score is possible, and some that require a screenshot of troublesome Crumbling Bridge type mini-puzzlez. So I am recycling that one remaining SAVE slot with the new CLz that are submitted to me, in my verification process. As soon as I have a screenshot of a " PERFECT!" score , I go on to the next CL that needz to be verified. If I can ever complete a walkthrough, at least then I can have two SAVE slotz to work with ... still not enough for what I consider a Frustrating CL ... they seem to require three or more at a minimum.

Well I make CL's that require hours of dedication. I don't intent them to be playable to anyone but those who really knows how to play this game. I make them from a number of criteria: 1. No odd parts (no stairs in the middle of nowhere or the like) - everything is made to be exactly like one of the real levels. 2. Invention - Making something completely unseen. 3. Size and length - Big CL's to make sure that the level is big enough to contain most of my ideas. 4. Difficulty - I myself get rather bored by CL's like most of Gaby's, simply because i need more challenge (great level, but simply not hard enough). 5. Perfection - nothing should be incomplete in any way.
So my CL's are not made to spend one or two slots on while playing. Rather five or six.
PS: Sorry about the RB/RR confusion.

I know that this puzzle is particular hard. I almost gave up when I tested it the first time. I have already explained the timing: You need to step out on the first tile when the spotlight is W-SW, so that it would exactly miss you the first time you pass it. If you stepped out on the tile too soon, the next pass will hit you. The timing really IS awful. I'm trying to finish some CL I put away at the time they were released and this is one of them. But I still can't pass this puzzle Could you be more specific : must I take the lower right path or the lower left one (I can't see why this one should help, but it's maybe my mistake) ? I tried almost all position of the spotlight and I'm under the impression that I can only step out when the spotlight is in the NW quarter. When I try to step out when it is on the left, I'm hit at the second passage and if I wait for it to be in the SW quarter (so when trying to follow your directions), I'm hit just when I step out I'm really frustrated because the rest of the level seems very interesting and I don't want to cheat to finish it I hope you can help me

After several (frustrating) tries, I actually made it through that looooooong Arrowz section with the SpotLightz. The timing is incredibly tight, but as ILoveGruntz said, when the Spotlight is going (counterclockwise) from west (W) to southwest (SW) is when you want the Grunt to set out on his journey. Obviously, a SAVE slot just before one attemptz this is a must!

I can't believe it : I made it, but there is a bug in the game engine that might interest other gruntzerz Some time ago, when I updated the driver for my video card, I saw that I couldn't play anymore Gruntz in 1024x768 resolution screen (I think there is a thread somewhere on the forum talking about that ?) Then I tried to disable the direct video access (by holding Ctrl key while launching the game) and it worked perfectly. But it must change slightly some timings, and it makes impossible that part of the CL. I just changed back the screen resolution to 800x600 an enabled again the direct video access and, after a few tries, I was able to go to the GHS !!! I made a save at the beginning of the path and, when I load it with direct video access disabled, my grunt is hit by the spotlight !

Wow, I got the Perfect score After passing the spotlights puzzle that was impossible with my screen resolution (I'm still surprised of that problem !), the rest of the level was very interesting though very tough Thanks a lot, ILoveGruntz, for this very challenging level For GooRoo : I sent you my Statz Page image as I saw you uploaded the ones I sent you (except for GaspikSpace, was there a problem with it ?)
