On the deathbed, before he died, a rich man made his wife promise to bury him with all his money.
On his funeral, his wife brought a box and put it in the grave.
"Do not tell me that you put all the money in the grave," said her friend
"I swore to bury him with all his money," said the woman "and that is what I'm doing"
"All his money?" asked her friend
"Yes indeed" said the widow "A promise should be kept"
"How so? Asked her friend
"I entrusted all his money in the bank and put in the box a check for the entire amount"
