I will say this: I regret making the "He Cannot Escape" level, for two reasons: it's WAY too convoluted, with many things you cannot anticipate, and it doesn't even properly explain to you that you are supposed to use the teleportation spell to get an enemy grunt onto a switch. Because of this, I decided to make this simple level. It reduces everything down to just a few tasks, the map is small enough that your goal should be clear, and it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. The toob grunt is a recurring joke (or "running gag", as English people call it) of mine. When I was making my first level, I put a single pink toob grunt on a lake as a decoration, and since I liked this idea, I kept adding him to all my levels ever since.

Yet another New Custom Level! I will create the folder for it when I return home from appointment and shopping in about four hours.

I am making the thumb nails for these images now, and will play-test it next. I expect to be distributing it to the Gruntz Fanz today.

Just For Your Information (FYI), the "View the map!" in PNG was 321KB, while the same image in JPG was 235KB; the Statz Page image was 123KB in PNG, and 82KB in JPG. Now these (almost) seventy-three year-old eyes cannot see any difference between the images as viewed in Paint.net, so my preference is to go with the smaller sized version. There is still plenty of space available in the (paid-for) Forum's web host storage ... but years ago Bill Gates said something like "You will never need more than 640KB memory for any program" ... how wrong he was! (A program I wrote in C++ for the Amiga, when ported to C++ for Intel processors went from 22KB to over 3MB! I am convinced that there is some collusion between the software giant(s) and computer manufacturers to make things require more resources, obsoleting older programs (such as Gruntz) in order to sell more product. So I am taking my own stand against bloating.)
