Another one of my old levelz that I just played through. One of my largest and hardest CLz.
Also, although the statz page will only display 2 toyz, you will get to use 5 toyz (one of them being a scroll) in this level ... if you use your eyes .

So, a while ago SwordGrunt sent me this level after I found this thread and asked him about it... I was hoping to test it, but it being a Hard, maybe even a Very Hard level, I didn't get far. It's (temporarily) available here: dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/109892108/TropicalDanger02.wwd If anyone is willing to take a look at it, go ahead. SwordGrunt himself said it doesn't matter much to him at this point, it being an old, abandoned project (but beatable, from what he said).

Next, I will create a folder for it under SwordGrunt (GuiGui) and prepare for my own play-test. After I return from my duty as House Manage (aka ticket-taker and janitor) for the last performance of the stage play "Mama Won't Fly", I will see about creating the "View the map!" and thumb nails for it. I have less than an hour before I have to leave for my (volunteer) duties, so pretty much everything will have to wait until I return home in about seven hours.

I'll be taking a look at it also, I also recently went over another level SwordGrunt gave me a while ago through some means, so more unexpected levels should be fun. Edit- It does appear I have a version of this without the 2, I don't think I managed to successfully test this myself those years ago though, given the level is unreleased. Edit 2- Got the PERFECT! As a tip for progressing, the gauntletz/gauntletz/bricklayer checkpoint is in actuality 2 separate checkpoints. Once I made this discovery the rest of the level fell together. I think I've discovered an unintentional way to get the P, but it doesn't make a difference either way.

Ah, this. I didn't even see this thread but I expected Zu to do something with it. I remember it was finished and perfectly playable but I simply decided not to release it because it was too difficult and required many attemptz in certain areaz - I made the timing less tight in several of them, such as the first set of rolling ballz that you have to walk into, giving you 3 free tilez between them instead of ONE, as it was before. I also remember the part where you have to perfectly place a toybox to be able to crush both object guardz with the rolling ballz scroll, and that was always a little buggy, sometimes working and sometimes not (on the same spot). Also the fact that you have to pay attention to all of your Gruntz at all timez since you have no tipz of when you'll have to move them - or risk having to start over later - made me think it'd feel a bit frustrating. But since BattlezM got the perfect and didn't mention any of that besides the checkpoint, I'm a bit more optimistic

Statz Page image you can provide so that the Announcement can be made complete?

But do you have a "PERFECT!" Statz Page image you can provide so that the Announcement can be made complete? The perfect was captured, and sent. It's been uploaded in the announcement, but was not updated from 'not yet' status. That seems to be in order now though.

I'll try it tomorrow if I have time, otherwise on Monday at the latest. I remember there was a specific placement you'd have to figure out to get it working.

I don't think you actually need the toybox for that. I'm pretty sure I was able to kill the object guards with the good ol' hit and run tactics, though it was trickier due to having to time along with the lava geysers as well. It may have been why I had a left over yo-yo for the end. (which I only used to make timing a bit easier to blow up the swordz near the fort)

I killed the right guard by hit and run method and got the letters W and A. Now my springs has come through a blue wormhole and is blocked by red bricks. There are two spongegun toyz nearby; one of which has been taken by gauntletz coming through the crumbling bridge puzzle.

Springz doesn't take that teleporter, the Grunt that spawns in the area with the enemy Swordz/Clubz is the one that takes it. Springz has to get to the three switchez that can't be reached by land (green/red/purple switchez to the right of the water).
The purple pyramidz that block your Grunt from the crumbling bridgez are lowered by the four purple switchez in the area with the orange switchez, at the bottom left corner of the map. Hopefully you have a saved game before you enter the checkpoint area so you can go back there!

Oh!I would have never figured it out that the purple pyramids are controlled from the four switches. Thankfully I had a saved game; that was a bit cruel on your part!!!!
I have progressed and got the letter R and know that there is a red wormhole above the geyser but there is no way that Bootz can reach the trigger geyser and get to safety. Also the green swords is there; should I kill him with gauntletz first?

Also the green swords is there; should I kill him with gauntletz first? It was kind of cruel... one of the reasons I didn't submit the level for release myself. That's because it was toned down, it had tougher timing on a few sections before, too! You can definitely reach the trigger and get to safety... there's enough time for that, it might take you a couple of tries to get the hang of it but it's not that hard, I just tried it myself. You have 3 Gruntz, right? It should be easy to kill the enemy Sword with them. Even with Gauntletz + Bootz alone you can do it if you manage your health, I think. There's a bottle of zap cola under the rock, too.

The geyser RW was a bit tight but I managed it! Got the PERFECT! Thoroughly enjoyed it.
