Where to start? OK 21 years old, Dane, graduate from Sorø Akademi, ready for the Danish Technical University. Hobbies: - I REALY like horses, even though I don't own any myself.
- Politicaly engaged; like to change the world for the better.
- Puzzles, now most on the computer. Both real puzzles and puzzle-games.
- Break things up and mend them again (former most -real- stuff, now most on the computer)
What does 'HunamSHODAN' mean? 'Hunam' is what the Spathi call humans in StarControl'SHODAN' is the villain in System Shock' & ' System Shock 2' Sentient Hyper- Optimized Data Access Network; an AI ( Artificial Intelligence) The name is a tribute to two of the greatest game-universes ever. StarControl beeing the funny(Gruntzy) universe and SystemShock the hardcore real-life, future universe. Oh ja, I forgot one hobby: Photo from an arangement called 'friday against foreign-hatred', as you can see not all danes hate all that is different, contrary to what the press say. Welcome, Lars! You have already indicated (in PM) that you will be a welcome addition to the Gruntzer community. (Lars gave me a Gruntz icon source.) I hope we will be able to lure you into the graphics part of the project to extend Gruntz, as well. Now that Kevin has helped us acquire the Toolz ( ) to disassemble and reassemble the Gruntz.rez file, we are looking at extending the graphics. I am probably the least optimistic of the designers, as I would be content with simply changing one of each duplicated Tile pair to something unique, giving more visual variety. (You see, I am 'graphically challenged', short-changed on artistic ability. ) Others are thinking in terms of entire new graphics sets, following the rules of the eight existing ones. I have ideas on such new graphics sets, just no talent for actually implementing them ... my straight lines drawn with a ruler somehow look crooked! Elsewhere, you indicated "It worked" ... and I am wondering if that was simply that WinRez LT worked to extract the files and folders from Grunt.rez, or that WinRez LT worked successfully on the Gruntz.vrz file? I have a lot of catching up to do from about 3:00PM yesterday to right now, so it will likely be late this evening before I am able to experiment for myself on the .vrz file. (It is 10:45AM right now in my location.)

Kind words I WILL help with whatever I can, but a drawer, I am not, enhancing is what do. Give me material and i can optimize, edit... but creating I am not good at. I already have modifyed a couple of battlez, so maybe a C-level - sometime- but with 130 already, I know nothing of what has alredy been done. -Lars PS. Mail me about ANYTHING my E-mail is: What this forum is about (starts with 'G') then the -at- sign, and then my username, at last a DOT and a DK Any bot who finds that E-mail deserves a prize.
