Sorry, I cannot help due to the Windows 10 challenge. Be patient, and the author/designer should be able to help you through your difficulty.

As I recall correctly, that pink Club Grunt in the area with holes is intended to be left alone at the moment; he'll be killed later with a ranged weapon.
I can't remember what you had to do in the area to the south unfortunately, I'd have to re-play the level all over again in order to give you some hints. All I remember is that I got stuck in there for a moment as well. The solution however turned out to be rather simple. Can't give you any details though, sorry.
Once I get some free time I will play the level and see what's going on there, I don't make any promises though. Unless SwordGrunt pops up and helps you in the meantime of course.

I wish to finish the CL. and am stuck in the beginning. I have Springz, Club and barehanded gruntz. Which gruntz do I send south through the crumbling bridge and how do they return?

I have not been able to play the game in a while, but the mere fact that it is a Crumbling Bridge leads me to believe that a Grunt equipped with Springz must be the one ... hopping on Bridge tiles in one direction, leaving other Bridge tiles intact for the return.

If I use Spring on the crumbling bridge then only he can go across; what about the other 2 gruntz?
Also there is Straw on other side of the bridge. After getting the straw, there are only 2 enemy gruntz to kill. I need 2 more enemy goo puddle to bake a new gruntz.
If someone has finished this Level, please guide as to what to do after getting springs.

So three Gruntz need to cross the Crumbling Bridgez!?! Then it is a classic Guenter problem. One grunt crosses alone on half the Bridge; then TWO Gruntz are selected together and cross the remaining Bridge together. (Place the two Gruntz on a diagonal to one another when selecting them, at least one step away from the first Crumbing Bridge tile (for the lead Grunt) and then click on the destination tile two tiles away from the last Crumbing Bridge tile.)

From what I can remember (it's been a long time):
You cross one set of crumbling bridgez with two of your Gruntz. Springz jumps over the water using only 1 tile of the other set of bridgez. This way he can go back using the 2 that remain. Can't say I remember why he goes back first than the others but I'm pretty sure he does. I'd have to play through this again to see how things go.
I'm pretty sure you only get the two puddles in that area (enemy Gauntletz stays alive) and then get six more in the first area so you can bake two Gruntz.

I crossed the crumbling bridges as you said. Sprigz has to return to step on the Black switch which frees the enemy Club down south. I could only get 6 puddles. 2 in the south; enemy gauntletz has to be killed along with clubz as bootz does not yeild goo. In north I got 4; 1 theif, 2 yellow spongegunz and 1 boxer. So I could bake only 1 Grunt; where do i get 2 more puddles as I need 2 new gruntz in the right hand side area to step on the PHS and proceed.

Ah, I see now. Right, Gauntletz is killed (after you lure him to break some rockz... I believe there's an item hidden underneath one of the rockz by the southmost yellow switch in that area)
You get a total of 6 puddlez. For the time being, you only bake one Grunt - you will gather the rest of the goo required to bake two more after that. You do not need to step on the purple switchez to proceed, not now; the black and orange switchez are your current goal so you can bring your previous Gruntz into the area with the newly baked one.

Yes. Enemy gauntletz helps break the rockz and there is a shovel below it. The new gruntz is in area where there is a boomerang and the Black + Orange switches. I got to the Black switch but cannot get Orange one. If I give new gruntz the boomerang he is unable to reach the Enemy straw on the GHS. The GHS is holding up the Green pyramids around the orange switch. If I give him gauntletz, he can make a path down south and kill the Straw with boomerang but then he does not have gloves to break the rocks around Orange switch. Do I have to use the Enemy fire gruntz in some way? I tried but he does not shoot towards the straw gruntz.

You can definitely hit him with your Boomerang. Try throwing from a diagonal angle at the closest tile to him you can aim at.
You can't reach him directly, but it should still hit him when aiming at a nearby tile... throw from five tilez away to the top-right (aiming at the tile immediately to the top-right of the enemy).

Wow! never realised this could be done. Now I can progress! However the area to South is blocked by BP; there were some rocks left to be broken. A secret letter W is under one of the rocks. Do I go there later?

No, it is blocked so you have to get the W before you leave! You can lure the enemy Gauntletz Grunt to break it for you. Step on the arrow so his only option is to break the top rock to get to you; then have him follow you down to the lowest rock which contains the W.

The level can be downloaded right now from the download link at the start of this thread, so you can start beta-testing straight away.

So I had to reload a previous save and went back to get the secret letter. It was a bit tricky to use enemy gauntletz to break the rock but it did happen. I progressed quite a bit further and now I am stuck where at the CP I have a sponge, gunhat, rock and shield gruntz. I have to hit an enemy grunt to the GHS so that a Rolling ball can press black switch. However, the timing of the ball and spomgegun is too tight and the RB always breaks on the GP. I tried another way by letting the RB break and sent a gruntz to press the Black switch but then he is not able to return as GP is now up. Edit: I tried the second method again and Spongegun was able to free the gruntz; but I had to use Rock instead of Gunhat. On to next area!!!!

I remember there was something tricky about this area indeed. Nice to see you've already made it this far! You're almost done with the level.

I have got the Wingz but I do not have enough wing power to reach the island with King. I think I have to recharge the wingz with Box toy but I have forgotten how to do it.
Also there are 5 coins in the Eastern part which are over Black pyramids. When did these pyramids come up? Which switch controls them?

I don't think you recharge Wingz; if you fly from the right to the King's island, you should be able to make it, as there's one less tile to fly over compared to other directionz. You can't afford to waste even one tile of flight.
The coinz are obtained via a Red Warp and the pyramidz come up so that you cannot reach them by simply using the Timebombz acquired at the last part of the level. The Red Warp is located at the very bottom right of the level.

I finally finished it. Did not get the PERfECT though as I did not have a save to go back for the 5 coins.
Thanks SwordGrunt for the awesome, enjoyable level
