I cannot figure out what to do when I get the wingz after the SS. There is a BW near the start of the level but I run out of Wingz just one tile before reaching it.
There is a letter in the South-east corner which I can reach but do not have power to return.
Also how to reach the Rubberduck??

There is definitely enough Wing power ... just take the shortest route everywhere and stop on any land on the route. Do not simply fly over the safe ground tile by clicking on a destination past it.

There is a SecretTeleporterTrigger that will open up a Red Warp to take you to the Toob.

There are 2 Blue Wormholes. One is near the start of the level and other is near the Toob. Which one should I go to first?

I believe it is NECESSARY to go through the one near the start first. It will take some solving to get to the second one, IIRC.

I believe that is near where you give an enemy Grunt a Jump Rope.
