Are there any custom level co-op battlez, like questz, but for two players, or is it at least possible to create them with Gruntz Editor? (E.g. you play in one clan with you friend, and solve puzzlez, and win the level, for example, by defeating one grunt at the end of the puzzle.)

Perhaps it is possible to create a Battlez map with only two forts ... or have two forts with GruntCreationPoints surrounded by Death tiles so that that his warriors die immediately, so that the teams free to move can fly over the Death tiles to conquer the hapless Kings' forts. The 'rules' being that the human players must conquer the diagonally opposite hapless King's fort before attacking the other human player. The problem is that the forts are assigned randomly, so it may takes several start before both the humans are assigned a fort with mobile Gruntz.

The problem is that the forts are assigned randomly, so it may takes several start before both the humans are assigned a fort with mobile Gruntz.A more complex, but more reliable alternative would be to surround all but one creation point with rolling balls moving too fast for a Grunt to pass by; the only free Grunt would then stand on a hold switch to raise pyramids that destroy these rolling balls. Surrounding this switch and the creation point with arrows would prevent AI enemies from triggering it, so that only the human players will ever have living Gruntz regardless of the forts assigned. About the original idea, there are definitely none of that type released that I know of... a hybrid battlez/questz level is a pretty unique idea, but creating puzzles that would be fair (and challenging) with tools, toys and bricks being randomly given to the players at all times is the biggest problem I can think of. And forts being randomly assigned makes this harder, since you'd still need to conquer forts to effectively finish the game (and it would be an "unofficial" victory unless one player is to conquer the other's fort as well, ultimately making him the winner in the Statz screen despite it being a team effort). In any case it's definitely possible, even if a bit hacky, to create a level with that style of gameplay. I assume you have a friend you'd want to play that with, and have a working method to play Gruntz online? (Last I recall was GameRanger, and I think it did work just fine, despite heavy lagging, which wouldn't be as big of a deal in a cooperative style level.)
