Your Gauntletz Grunt must make a sacrifice here. The Bomb Brick explosion will create a passage for your Spygear, who can distract the Purple Club Grunt with a Gokart (remember the megaphone?) that should still be lying in your Gruntz Machine.
You see, I don't really want to explain the entire level ending here, it would make things too obvious for potential future players. You've gotten very far without any help though, so you should be able to figure the puzzles out!

I'm not sure if you can make separate folders for Battlez and Questz in the GAME directory (even with only different size of letters). The game classifies them by itself into 2 categories when they are all thrown into one CUSTOM.

The game classifies them by itself into 2 categories when they are all thrown into one CUSTOM. On the XP computer I moved the BATTLE Custom Levelz from the Battlez folder into the custom folder (5 were duplicated), saving a bit of disc space. The Battlez folder was only my means of removing entries from custom that I would never play. That was also copied over (mostly) into the Forum's web host ... which has caused some confusion in download links within Announcements. When I am feeling better, I will make the custom folder on the web host the place where ALL Custom Levelz (Questz AND Battlez) are stored. That activity will take place from this Windows 10 computer, since the XP will never be on-line to the Internet.

Still having problems with the XP computer (unpopulated Custom directory), so I tried this one out (briefly) on the Windows 10/dgVoodoo computer. Shovel Grunt failed to negotiate the Toggling Bridge, and it is my bedtime. I may try again late tomorrow morning.
