This is my attempt to design a map that is playable for everyone (little manual dexterity required). There are few hazards other than enemy Gruntz and any timing sections still present have been facilitated in comparison to my previous levels, and even the recently published Collaboration (shameless advertising).
I set my focus on creating fair and moderately challenging puzzles, where the solver is faced with choices - which Grunt to send where, which items to pick up, which path to choose through an area, etc. There are no weird "gameplay tricks" that some people may not know about, although outside the box thinking is encouraged. I also tried to reach a lower density than usual by giving the player more room to walk around, which led to this level becoming the largest I've made so far.

The map is now ready to be played. Message me if you're interested in testing it.

The map is now ready to be played. Message me if you're interested in testing it. I may be able to try it out today (Wednesday the 24th and/or tomorrow Thursday the 25th, but Friday through Sunday are filled with events and visitors.

It's certainly possible with any of the 3 Gruntz holding the yellow switch. But if you're looking for the easiest solution, I wouldn't go with the TimeBomber (he should be the last one you're converting).

But if you're looking for the easiest solution, I wouldn't go with the TimeBomber (he should be the last one you're converting). My last time (what a concept!) playing it, I had my original Grunt expire before the Rolling Golf Ball passed the Purple Pyramid.
Some good news (for my septic tank woes); there was no standing water next to the distribution box, so a new drain field does not appear to be necessary. I am now filling in the entire hole (in 80+ degree weather ) and will hope to return to Gruntz (beyond checking posts) by Friday.
Now, if only someone could tell me how to disable this @#$@#$ TouchPad, I wouldn't be making so many typing errors, when the cursor goes flying away from where I want to type.

Well, I don't seem to have the answer to the conversion mini-puzzle (consistently). I solved it once, but messed up in the next puzzle, SAVEd (at the wrong time) and had to re-start. Since the difficulty is probably strictly with my approach, I will release two Questz (including this one) to all of the Gruntz Fanz.
I will spend a little time creating a "View the map!" image and its ThumbNail before distribution. It is 2:22PM my time as I am modifying this post, so the delay is in the time it takes me to make all of the screen grabs on the XP computer, and put the map together ... and then "SneakerNet" it to this computer.

You don't need to do that! I already have a map image assembled, it just needs to be turned to a .jpg.

And the #$%#%$# TouchPad keeps getting in my way!

Hmmm, something is off here... in the very top-left corner, the map normally has a green mushroom (rock), but on your image it is empty.
I don't want to brag, however in .png extension the map not only looks better (lossless compression) but is also 2x smaller in size. Maybe it would be a good idea to consider changing the default image file extension we use to store information? Just for new submissions, since converting back from .jpg to anything else might not have any positive effect. My secret sources indicate that there is still plenty of free space on the web host, so even if it caused the file size to increase in some cases it would not be a large issue.

Hmmm, something is off here... in the very top-left corner, the map normally has a green mushroom (rock), but on your image it is empty. I definitely see it in the Gruntz Level Editor ... it is probably due to my edit ... a Keg of Zap Cola was split in two, so I pasted in Tile #001 and added a new Keg in that location. The TouchPad probably caused an unintentional SAVE during the edit process ... imports always appear in the upper left-hand corner.
Sometimes PNGs are much smaller than JPGs of the same image; sometimes they are much LARGER! These 77 year old eyes don't see things as sharply as they once did, and I was never the best at distinguishing subtle changes of color anyway.
And this #$%#%$ TouchPad keeps getting in my way, snatching the cursor who knows where, when I am typing (or using the mouse)!
Thank you, Microsoft.

I am at the part where timebomber, springs and bootz have crossed the CP. I sent timebomber through the upper part of spikes and rocks. He should have enough health to push the orange switch and return but he dies midway. How to do it?

Use your other Gruntz. The timebomber's health is too valuable to be pressing all of the switches.

I passed the part with the spikes but had to leave timebomber behind. I have reached CP of sword and gooberstraw. 3rd grunt takes wings. Now how to get the gauntlet as only wings can reach it; but if he takes it there is no further progress.

[...]how to get the gauntlet as only wings can reach it[...] I wouldn't be so sure about that! See what else you can do with your Gruntz in this area, then use the blue wormhole.

If I use the BW I reach an area where there are 2 enemy rocks and I need gauntletz. I can't get the gauntletz as only wings can get it.
I am doing something wrong; I have 3 gruntz with Toobz, Wings, Sword; 1 gruntz is baked and ready to be dropped; I have Spadez available to give to a gruntz.

If I use the BW I reach an area where there are 2 enemy rocks and I need gauntletz[...] Quite the opposite. You need this area to get the gauntlets. See the two-way arrow? That's how you get in, you just need someone to hold the switch first. And there's only one Grunt who can reach it. You also have a baked Grunt and shovel from the megaphone, these can be put to good use in this part.

I reached part where 3 gruntz stand on purple switches. I need the Bouncing ball toy later so that I can reach the letter W.
How do I get past the enemy sword without the ball to get the boxing gloves?

It's not possible to get past him without getting hit - you must give him the ball and think of another way to get the W. Note that this is one of those rare occurrences where you don't need a secret to reach it.

I finished the level but missed the secret. I can see I need to get to the wings, 2 coins and a blue wormhole but how to get there?
