I discovered today that YouTube must have some sort of limitation on how long stuff is available on its system, perhaps a certain number of views in a period of time, or just a limit on storage (MB) per period of time.
At any rate, supporting files have been lost that were (only?) available on YouTube and had not been captured for storage on this Forum's web host.
Other off-site storage (example: some of Bjarni's walkthroughs) have been discontinued, with resulting broken links.
I will check with other support staff, but I feel that it has become imperative that NO off-site material be listed here, and (for now) a link to such material must be sent to GooRoo.

If you are referring to the video material that Zazor (benadnam) provided, it was his personal decision to remove the videos when he decided to leave the forum. There's no YouTube mechanism to automatically remove videos with a low amount of views.

That pretty well makes my point, then. Off-site storage is just not very dependable. The web host may decide to remove something ... or the provider may choose to do so. And the person obtaining such off-site (usually FREE) storage can easily just terminate its use. I do my best to maintain the 'meat' of what constitutes this Forum (not the entire threads, but the Announcements of Custom Levelz) and all of the files used in support of Custom Levelz on my hard drive as well as on the (current) web host (GoDaddy) ... and periodically create a DVD (Extraz) with the entire contents, as well.
The recent revelations of need for maintenance (due to lost data no longer on off-site storage) will result in the creation of the next version of "Gruntz Extraz".

I'd suggest keeping the YouTube links that are still valid as a second option anyway.

What would I have to have in order to capture the complete file, audio and video?

I believe you can use free sites for this purpose, such as this: ytb.rip/en/

All my results were pages and pages of ADs regarding downloads of software. And the 'Results' page offered MP4 (video) and M4A (audio) buttons, and when I selected any of them I was led back to the pages and pages of free download offers. I was never offered a choice of where to put anything, so doubt I ever received anything at all.
And YES, I did supply a valid URL for the Oasis walkthrough, and even was rewarded with the opening screen, but no file transfer.

Naturally, the ads are a way for the service creator to earn revenue from their work without you having to pay for it. Here's a tutorial which shows at least a few different ways to download a YouTube video: www.wikihow.com/Download-YouTube-Videos

Well, it turns out that one of the options is to use VLC media player (which I have) and it does play the YouTube video (Oasis) that I selected to experiment with ... but the result was a 1Kb file with a .wmv file extension ... that does not play anything for me! If it had worked, I would have uploaded the file to the web host and created a second Walkthrough link for testing. But simply selecting the traffic cone which now resides on my hard drive in Tomalla's Oasis folder just locked up the computer. I had to use the three finger salute to get rid of VLC.
To (mis-)quote Thomas Alva Edison "It is not a failure, just proof of one more thing that doesn't work" (for me).
I will pursue the other options from your link later tonight.
