When doing this level I used the sword cheat code to trigger a hidden level, but when I did the grunt just disappeared and the level didn't appear at all. Did I do something wrong?

No, you did nothing wrong. But the original designers created the SecretLevelTrigger without anyone actually creating the Secret Level. Years ago there was an effort made to create additional Secret Levelz, but it failed due to an inability to link the source Quest to its Secret Level and a failure to add any Secret Level to the Gruntz.rez file.
If the link and rez update problems are solved, the additional 31 Secret Levelz could be added, as intended by the game's designers. |
