Sometimez a picture is truly worth a thousand wordz. Here is a solution for the Wingz part of the puzzle:

• Two Gruntz, one with three setz of Wingz
• One Gruntz, on his last set of Wingz

In the first image, the Red line indicatez using a tornado to knock the enemy Grunt off the Yellow Hold Switch
In the second image, the Red linez indicate the return path, after stepping on the Question Mark Switch so that Gauntletz can get the goodiez.
