Help! I can't seem to activate the Red Warp in Stage 4. I can get through all the rolling balls and get the two coins. I kill the left enemy rockgrunt, but do I have to run between the rolling ball that is going between the two arrows? Very small space in there! It's killing me!!

I know this sounds stupid and I don't know why - but run at that spot from the diagonal. Why it works I don't know

Thanks! I got through that part, but now I can't get my gauntlet gruntz through the spike maze where he has to smash either brickz or mushrooms. He doesn't have enough energy. After the second brick, he needs the health spell from the gun hat gruntz, cause he'll die right then and there without it! I gave it to him, but then there's not enough energy to get to the last zap cola!

Are you using your spy gruntz to work out which brick to blow up? Do you have them both close together when you use the health spell?

I figured out which rocks/bricks to smash, and no, I'm not keeping them close together. The walkthrough says you shouldn't need the health spell until the last mushroom, but I need it at the second!

You must have entered the area with less than full health then. Did you get hit by a Rock somewhere along the way? That is over one-third loss of health for one Rock hit.

I am pleased to announce that I have moved onto Space Level 1 WOO HOO! Congratulations on completing "The Miniature Masterz"! It is time to pay attention to the titles of the Levelz, and to remember what you have done in the past. In the next Level, the title is particularly significant.

The trick with the Welder'z Kit versus a moving target (as the enemy Sword Gruntz) is to not aim at the Grunt, but at the point where the Grunt is going to be! Watch which path the Grunt takez to attack you, and fire at a point on that path, timing it so that the fireball arrives at about the same time that the Grunt does. By now, you have learned the value of SAVEing. You may also want to wear a hair net to protect yourself (from yourself) when you attempt to solve the Arrowz maze to come (the one with the Rolling GolfBall, that you must direct safely out of the area).

I am totally lost and so frustrated with trying to kill the sword gruntz with the welder kit.
I've tried pointing to where the sword gruntz will eventually be....but its not working as my gruntz wont shoot there!
I kill the first one but lose energy in the process as the sword gruntz gets me first. The second sword gruntz always gets me before I get me ad I die!

I kill the first one but lose energy in the process as the sword gruntz gets me first. The second sword gruntz always gets me before I get me ad I die! You need to use the "T" method of using your toolz here. Here, with your welder grunt selected, walk your grunt to a point at which just one of the swordz will "sense" the presence of your grunt and come to deal with the nuisance. At that point, stop and press T on your keyboard to bring up the "aiming" line and select a point within the welder'z firing range (the line remains red) that the enemy sword will cross. When the enemy sword is at a point approx. 3 tiles away from your chosen point, left click with your mouse to fire. If you are successful, the enemy will disappear in a puff of smoke; if you're not, you should be able to back away and get out of the swordz "sensing" range and he will turn around and go back to his post. This will allow you to recharge and try again.

Hah, this level is just awesome. After a long time, I am doing a "Get all PERFECTz" run through the game and am discovering most of the secretz for the first time. This level is just GREAT. (Had to start all over again though )

(Had to start all over again though ) I always felt there was some value in re-playing the original 32 Quests! Being a "Type A" person, I would try to improve my time in achieving a "PERFECT!" score. Also, the originals frequently gave me ideas for one of my own puzzle efforts.

Especially when playing the questz levelz, I have the strong feeling, that the developerz and designerz really liked this game. I know some more games that are good but when I compare them to Gruntz, they seem to be created a lot more lovelessly.
