Hi BattlezM. Thanks for the heads up. It's still strange. I can see Bea's name above just fine, but not Fried's. The final battle is driving me crazy. These last few stages are awesomely harder. In stage four, the gauntlet gruntz is trying to stay out of the way of rolling rocks while stepping on switches and stepping past red pyramids/spikes that go up and down as a rock rolls back and forth over a red switch. The other part of this area is where the gruntz trades his gauntlets for wingz and flies to an orange switch where he picks up new gauntlets. But I can't find any wingz in this area. Would you happen to know where the wingz are hidden? I've searched everywhere but alas... That'z because Bea'z name was against the darker background. For your question, the wingz should be near the SE corner. They were under the tankz (possibly under a rock). For the red pyramidz/spikez you need full health.

Finished! Now all of the Standard Levelz have a Statz Page image showing a " PERFECT!" result. "The Last Battle" took 1 hour 30 minutez and 44 secondz (game timer time) for me to complete ... but I broke everything breakable that I could reach, and filled in every Hole and dug up every Mound (that I did not fill in) ... even though I knew those Objectz did not contain anything of interest. For example, there are lotz of Holez where three Rolling Rockz go back and forth in unison, but only five of them must be filled in ... the rest only make it safer (and easier) to move Gruntz around through that area.

pleease help me. im at the bit where my two sword gruntz have killed the 3 green gauntlet gruntz and my club grunt is still waiting on the other side of the bridge. how do i get the 2 sword grunts past the red pyramids that are up. my gauntlet grunt came off his lone checkpoint and there was a red switch that made them come down but i had to go way past that switch to even get the bridge to come up!!!

It has been yearz since I last played this one, so it is easiest (for me) to just tell you to look for your answer in one of the walk-throughs (the one at GooRoo's Gruntz preferred of course).

Ive looked at 2 walkthroughs. and they not helping cant get past red pyramids. they dont really explain that part. tube grunt has went through blue teleport and he at rolling stones but cant get to green switch because he gets stuck on arrows. but i really need the red pyramid part.

In that case, I believe you have missed one of the (many!) itemz under an Observatory, or in a stack of cratez. Go back to a SAVE when you have Gauntletz and wave them around anything that could contain a Switch. The other possibility is that you have done something out of order ... used Grunt 'B', when Grunt 'A' still has to do something.

I prepared a viewable map for this level: Together with the previous two, this would be all of them.

No one ever wondered how the game creatorz make walkable water tiles on the very beginning of this level(to press the first orange button)? They used tile number 166. I tried to my level but the gruntz just do not walk through !
Any ideaz?

It's actually possible to change the function of individual tiles by going into Tile > Properties in the editor.
I wouldn't recommend messing with it though, since it's very easy to confuse the player if the tiles don't work the way they expect them to.

Oh, so that's how you press that switch! It always was a great mystery to me, since a Red Warp couldn't lead there and the area doesn't have any wingz or toobz.
Only when I came back to Gruntz recently I started to look for all secretz on Standard Levelz, to find the ones that I missed when I was younger...

It would be great if the ratings showed that the difficulty in Standard Levelz is incrementally increasing. Having not played the maps in a long time, I'm not sure how each individual level should be rated, but I'd approximate the overall difficulty range as something like "Very Easy to Medium+".
