If I go get the megaphone with the shovel, I can't get back to use it in the spikez maze....and I can't use the springz in the spikez maze until I get the shovel and fill in the holez..........

Wearing the Springz, you go to use the Megaphone that calls for the Shovel, and also to trigger the Black One-Time Switch that lowers the Black Pyramidz surrounding the Megaphone that calls for the Gauntletz. Then get the Shovel from the ToolChest, and fill in Holez to get to the Gauntletz Megaphone, and to get back out of the spiky area.
One general rule about Gruntz is "never give up any Tool until you are certain that there is no further use for it". With Günter's CLz, you must wave your Gauntletz or Shovel all over the map, to be sure you have done everything possible with those Toolz.

My gauntletz is trapped at the top right of the level, and the toobz gets squashed if he tries to get beyond the black pyramid to go to the landing to swim back to the purple enemy...there isn't enough time to cross the toggle bridge either....

While you had the Shovel, did you wave it around the map, looking for hidden Holez? Guenter did a good job of hiding Holez and breakable Objectz in this Custom Levle. Make it a practice to wave Gauntletz and Shovelz around the map, looking for such hidden objectz.

Toobz is standing by while Shovelz digs a hole for the rolling rock to fall in...he also found the hole by the arrow with the warp letter in it... When I sent toobz back through to the landing and swam him over to the pink grunt, nothing happens. He will not fight the enemy and I cannot move him back across the water. Shovelz could get the gauntletz, but doesn't have enough health to take on the two clubz gruntz...Think I am missing something here....

I ran into the Toobz problem, myself, when I was BETA testing the CL. There apparently are a few bugs in the Gruntz game engine associated with Tilez and hazards (etc.) placed on the left edge (X = 0) and top edge (Y = 0) of the map. There are also problems with the Toobz Grunt refusing to fight from the water against a Grunt standing on land (the Landing Area, in particular). The pacifist nature of the Toobz Grunt does not happen all the time, though, and if you go back to your last SAVE, and play forward to the point where Toobz enters the water to begin that long paddle to where he will fight the enemy Grunt, and SAVE sometime during the paddle ... Toobz will whack the enemy more often than not.

The solution is simple! Stagger across the Crumbling Bridge to the SpongeGun Gruntz and start trading punches for sponge hits. When SpongeGun turns into Goo, activate the Blue Toggle Switch and proceed. (Sponges will not knock your Grunt into the water ... Grunt act like they are wearing Gravity Bootz when it comes to being pushed into water ... they refuse to move that way!)

Yes, you are probably missing something. Guenter did an excellent job of camoflaging a few things in that CL. Make it a point to wave your Gauntletz (or Shovel) when you have the Tool over all of the EyeCandies on the map. If the Tool appears instead of the normal cursor, remember that spot, and figure out how to have the proper Tool when you get there.

I am presuming that your 'bhs' means Blue Hold Switch, so that the Gauntletz Grunt is able to cross over the water to join Toobz. One Grunt (Toobz, I believe) will stand on a Purple(?) Switch, while Gauntlez skirtz a bunch of SuicideBomber Gruntz (if I remember correctly), to do something to allow Toobz to follow. I will have to re-play the CL, though, to be sure of how to proceed.

Without knowing exactly where you are in the CL, I am guessing that you let the Rolling Snowballz squish too many enemy Gruntz. You need to get some of them to chase you so that they are out of the path of the RSBz, and you are safely on the other side of some Arrowz.

I believe you have more than just the Gauntletz Grunt ... decide which Grunt has the Tool least likely to be of further use, and have that Grunt pick up the Rock Tool. (It may be the Gauntletz Grunt, because another set of Gauntletz or similar Tool may be found soon.)
