While going through the HTML version of the Designerz' index listing, I came across this one with a walk-through ... with all kindz of broken linkz.  It was written when the Forum's web host was Neron Hosting ... the company that closed without warning, and left us high and dry. The abrupt loss of hosting is what led to the project of replacing all explicit linkz in hosted filez to relative linkz. Somehow, this one was missed. So I am taking a break from the current project to fix the walk-through so that some new Gruntzer may actually be able to make some sense out of it! "Step on the  to help your buddy get to the next section." What in the world! The above example was supposed to show an error box ... and the image showz! I wonder if the web host has been reincarnated?!? Or is it that my effort from a few yearz back to have the Forum do an automatic replace of any string referring to Neron Hosting (as a link) has 'fixed' my example of a bad link? If so, it is probably time that I removed that "fix-it" entry ... and see what breakz.  I want this link to break! Edit: Yep! The "fix-it" entry was the reason the image appeared. So now we get so see what stringz break ... all over the Forum!!! |

Well, the Neron Hosting-less walk-through has just been uploaded to the web host, and the linkz corrected ( Gaby and Oldone ... not just Oldone  ) But I noticed at least two errorz ... one in Coinz (numbering) and one in Powerupz (wording). I am "all Gruntzed out" for the evening, so I will fix those tomorrow. |
