Hah! I finally got this. Man GooRoo, you sure made this one tough. I almost wrote and begged for directions to the wingz checkpoint but I finally got it. Good job on the revision.

I think GooRoo did a very good job when he changed and added stuff to the original game, that was fun to play with, but it was rough...

My main goal (after including the basicz of the original map) was to increase the aspect of Wingz in the solution of the puzzle. That's the reason the revised puzzle is ... OurWingz. I suppose one would say there are a lot of "red herringz" in the map, since I put in a lot of thingz just to ensure it was not possible to (legally) via any other route than the one the original designer intended ... and I felt was only proper. Did anyone try to get through the Rockz and Spikez?

I (and Gaby also) did try to get through those rocks. After I died once, I finally went into the editor to see what was under the rocks. I thought it wasn't very fair that bootz didn't also have gauntletz. Good thing there's an F5.

I tried looking under those rockz, but gave up seeing that there was nothing but timebombz underneath (on even more spikez ). It wouldn't have been possible to break all the rockz even with 10 kegz of health! (maybe )

Good! That was my intent ... to thoroughly discourage Gruntzerz from even trying to go that way!

Well, I thought I was doing ok....until now!
I have a shovel, a gruntz and a bootz waiting after pasing the spikes where the enemy bootz got killed.
I have 2 wing gruntz waiting to ghelp their buddies.... But how? I can see how one of them can go to the PMGS to the South East but how is the other wing going to manage to have enough wing power to get to the west side and make to the replacement set of wings there? I die with one tile short of the west side!!!
Any help here? Please, thank you
Carmen

Send the wing grunt with the most flight time to the blue switch with a coin on it.

in order to save wingz power... fly only when you must... ... there are placez you can walk to (give them the wingz only after you've crossed the spikz)...and when you fly choose the shortest way...

I am sure I have done all that, except the rocks before the island with the last PMGS in the level.
I have the warpstone on his CPS, all the other gruntzs have been on their CPS and have lowered all the checkered piramids. I have dug and undug the holes near the water, the bricks near the check point only leave my gauntlez without gaountz
What have I missed?

if all the CPPz are lowered your bridge to the fort is open... unless (and I don't want to think so)... you used the bridge with some other grunt...

you could save your wingz power by collecting the coin that is south from the fort (by walking) and flying to the CPS from there...

Ouch! This is harder than I thought. Three gruntz went thru the BW and are on the checkpoint with the big rock and the two rolling rocks circling them. Shovelz needs to get to the safe spot to stand and dig but is killed every time by the RRz. So close and yet so far. How to do this? Do I sacrifice the other two to move them out of the way (and break the red brick in the process)??

The easiest way I have found to solve this sort of sub-puzzle is to follow the Rolling Rock ... on the diagonal ... towardz the 'safe' place.

"on the diagonal" Do you mean that the gruntz should head to the spikes and then around to safe spot? I tried that and died over and over. I tried stepping on the diagonal between two arrowz but still can't make it to the safe spot. I'm lost here. Not sure which path to follow.
