Hopefully this one wont take as long to get to beta testing as UckyMucky did. I am constantly trying to explore new wayz to improve my levelz by adding in thingz I have never or seldom used. This level will have a Secret Switch that may not be so secret ;-). I also plan on adding in some background ambient soundz and hopefully remembering to put in some voice triggerz lol.

I attempted to send this Custom Level out to all of the Gruntz Fanz today, but group #4 did not get sent (completely, at least), since I received a message about my output limit being exceeded. There were no errorz when I sent out the CL to groupz 1, 2 and 3 ... and I have received two responsez from group #2 people saying they received it.
Tomorrow morning I will re-send to Gruntz Fanz group #4. Perhapz some of those Gruntzerz will find two copiez of the e-mail in their inbox, when they check it. So I would really like anyone in group #4 to report if they received two copiez of this Custom Level. (That will help me to know what my output limit is.)
As long as I have this limit, I will rotate the order of Gruntz Fanz groupz ... group #4 will not be the last group I send to next time ... one of the other three groupz will be the people who are delayed by a day from receiving the new CLz.

Group #4 is about evenly split between Gruntzerz who received the e-mail ... some found the attachment, and some did not! I suppose I need to ask those who did not find the attachment what browser (as Internet Explorer (version #), Mozilla Firefox, etc.) they are using, and what they know about their e-mail provider. When I only had two groupz, I sent the CLz out to myself as "To:" in order to test the distribution. Now, with four groupz, I am not included in any of them. (I guess I will have to change that!) Edit: BTW, as a result of this 'test' mailing, I received a reply from Paul, saying that he still playz Gruntz , but has little time for updating his web page for Gruntz.

Ok this is going to sound funny but it's the real deal. When I first clicked on your email, there was not an attachment. Nada, none. So I replied stating that fact. Later I opened up my email box again and clicked again on your message and it was there! Thought I had gone bonkers the first time but if it happened to others also... I'm using Outlook Express and it's a new computer so guess it's the latest version. Computer is XP 2002 service pack 2.

Well, I just re-sent the e-mail with attachment to the Gruntz Fanz #4 group. Nothing has changed in it since my first attempt last night, so if you have already received it and started solving, there is no need to save this newest copy.

This may happen depending of your e-mail domain. Many strange thingz happened with me when I was using Outlook Express and MS Office Outlook with my Hotmail e-mail. Or another way, more probably, Outlook was loading the attachment or checking if there was one. When you checked the message again, it was loaded/detected. Maybe one of those thingz happened, or Mr. Outlook Express is crazy.

Ok thanks, that was weird, but all's well. I recieved GooRoo's email and am playing now. Stuck of course. How does the second wingz get past the BPz after the first gruntz thru it has raised it? I'm sure I'm missing the obvious but... duh.

Yes, figured that was it. I can see it in inventory. However, can't find the bullhorn or whatever. So sad. Not. I'm still a lookie-loo.

Is the reason too many people to send such levelz, GooRoo? SPAMmerz have been 'spoofing' my e-mail address as the "From:" address, and my e-mail provider has taken a limitting action to prevent me from abusing e-mail! They do not respond to my e-mailz to them, in which I am pleading my innocence, so there is a limit on my outgoing messagez ... which is less than the number of Gruntzerz who want to receive Custom Levelz via the "Gruntz Fanz" distribution list. I did not expect to be able to send to everyone in one day, that was not the reason why I went from two Gruntz Fanz groupz to four, but because the 'Carbon Copy' string was longer than the e-mail provider allowz ... anybody(!) to use. I was getting "unable to deliver" messagez because an e-mail address was cut off in the middle, and the e-mail addresses following it were lost entirely. That happened when the 61 st and 62 nd Gruntzerz 'signed up' to be Gruntz Fanz. So I am making groupz with fewer Gruntzerz in them, so the 'carbon copy' string will fit within the limit ... probably about 1KB (1,024 characterz, including spacez). (Incidentally, the e-mail provider changed their scriptz (program) a couple of monthz ago, and took away the capability of sending "blind carbon copies" ... so that noone could see who was receiving copiez of the message, except for the primary ("To:") recipient ... which was always Paul, of "Paul's Gruntz Page". I am not trying to publicize everyone's e-mail address ... just I can no longer 'hide' them from each other.)

Wow, troubles are abounding for you with email. But how do spammers 'spoof' email? What does that mean?
And can't you call your provider to explain? Sounds like serious stuff they should want to know about.

That's it, no way to hide the e-mailz, at least I can see everyone that received the message on the "Cc:" box(Hotmail). However no reason to look at the emailz; why know them if it's better that I don't know them?
