I'm at the area where one grunt got the W and coin and is standing in front of a pair of springz. Is he supposed to take the springz and go through the rolling ballz to the shovel? Also I have one grunt standing on a purple switch in the lower left corner and I sent another through the BW to the area with all the covered holez, gunhatz, and swordz. I'm guessing the ballz have to be released to get to the BO switchez which means that I have to dig up some arrowz. There sure are a lot of holez to dig. I see the roidz, but how do I get past the swordz?? Am I on the right track?

I realized that this part was rather cruel, with that amount of holez (even with roidz) and gunhatz alwayz shooting at you. Hit the swordz on their back, they may try to chase you but you should be able to escape. You can ask Oldone for her version of the level, which I donated to her so she could make some changez. I think she made that holez area easier.

I did make a few changes in that level. I really liked this level, but you need a lot of save slots. There were some very hard areas so I pretty much made that holey area easy. Since it's all right with BattlezM, I would be happy to send it to you if you PM your e-mail address to me. Of course, you'll have to start from the beginning again.

Let me back up a little. The grunt that I sent through the BW was at a purple switch next to the other grunt standing on his purple switch in the lower left corner, but I could see nothing lowered by standing on them so I decided to send one through the BW. Does he come back to that area to stand on the PS or am I ahead of myself?? Also, you didn't answer about the grunt near the springz. I can get through without springz to get the shovel. I see no reason for the springz other than to make it more difficult getting through the ballz. Of course, I will have to get the springz for the PERFECT , but didn't see any other use for them. Am I right??
Oldone, I'm going to see how far I can get with the origninal because I don't want to start again. If it gets to frustrating, I may ask you to send me your revised version. Thank You!!

I don't think that you come back. I don't currently have the level, so I can't help. You start with many gruntz scattered across the map. When you find a set of PSz they will likely allow another group of gruntz to get out of their starting area. P.S.- In the beginning, near the opening screen, you will notice you have a shovel grunt. You need to move him up through the candlez slightly or else he will be killed. I did not intend this, it was an error I decided not to fix (it will be fixed though).

I stayed on those PS's and decided to move some other gruntz through a candle area which allowed them to get to a BO switch to open up for 2 more gruntz whichare in the area where the purple switchez are lowered. Whew!! It's a good thing I didn't leave or I wouldn't have been able to have that area opened. I have the 2 gruntz in this area (top right on the map) and I got the srpingz and was able to go through the candlez , rolling ballz, and spikez maze to get to the BO switch at the top left. Now the only way back is to lose my springz and go down through the lowered purple pyramidz, right??? And, after that I'm not sure where to go, down to the YS's and arrowz??? Does my other grunt go into the cookie bridge and hit the BO switchez and then up to the left? There are just too many directions to go!! Oldone, I see what you mean about needing a lot of save slots!!

There is no way for him to get back without losing the springz. So, does he lose the springz and what next after that???

I'm stuck in the upper left puzzle : I can't see any way to stand on the two blue switches. I would need sponge to push a grunt on them, but I have only one and he can't make his way near this point (the only way to come here is being pushed by sponge). I have also another problem (maybe linked) : I can't see a way to get the sponge gun in the lower right part of the level : there is only one crumbling bridge to go there, and no way to go back. A little help please ?

There are plenty of pathz around that cell maze, perhapz a different one? A grunt will warp onto the spongegun near the crumble tile.

There is no path from the second leftmost squares to the third ones : only the upper most arrow is pointing on the right, and it comes in a cul-de-sac. For the spongegun, the only wormhole I saw leads to the tile on the other side of the crumbling one and doesn't help.

You should have a spongegun. He can get you out of the cul-de-sac.

I have a spongegun, but if he enters in the dead end, he can free another grunt, but he will be stuck, and I will need him to push another one on the blue switchez And what about the wormhole that opens on the wrong side of the crumbling tile near the other spongegun

I don't know anymore. This is IMO an unverified level, Oldone herself is playing it, but I have no clue where she has gotten. I suppose you'll have to try thingz with that maze. Make a save slot in 10 and just try stuff without saving over it.

BattlezM, I had a lot of trouble with this one, although IIRC I did finally finish it. But it's been a while since I played it and I really don't remember if I cheated towards the end or not. IMHO, you should play it from beginning to end (without cheating) so that you can make any necessary changes. Again, IMHO, there are some that need to be made. I think I told you that at the time I was playing it. That way, the other gruntzerz won't be so frustrated.

I'm almost sure there is at least one bug and probably two : 1) the wormhole on tile (69,65) should lead to tile (54,69) and not to (56,67). 2) the arrow on tile (19,1) should point to the right and not to the left. I also think it should be interesting to put a coin under the rock at (64,62) : a lot of work is needed to break it, and it is useless If I have your permission, BattlezM, I could try to make this changes and test the level again to see if it's possible to finish it that way and maybe send the corrected version to GooRoo ?

Feel free! I've donated this level to Oldone, so there's no reason not to donate it to another person.

I made the modification I suggested and finished the new level with a Perfect score. I just sent the modified version of the CL and the corresponding Statz Page to GooRoo. I hope everybody will agree with what I did : I shouldn't want to have broken a rule by modifying someone else custom level
