In this level you begin with three gruntz. There are many switchez, some do normal stuff and some otherz don't. This includez: converting entire water poolz into grillz (and vise-versa), creating stairz in solid plateauz, and landscape changez .

The trick here is to send one grunt out while having another grunt trigger the switch (there is not enough space, so you need to do it while the other grunt followz the RBz). Here are tipz (these cover the most devious partz of the level...excepecially the last one), follow them or else you will regret it: - take a step of faith into the first griddle on the right (with toobz)
- the coin in the first pool will be gainable near the very end
- do not use your go-kart on the club grunt on the switch! (you will regret not following that one the most)

Thank you! "the coin in the first pool will be gainable near the very end" But...but I need to step on the Black onetime switch there, that I get access to the section on the left? And how to kill the 4 enemies to use the straw?

The swordz are enemiez, dig/ build brickz to lure them into each other. The survivor of the battle will be at half health, so all you have to do is swat him with shovelz and gauntletz (so you can do this without getting hit once). In the end there is a red warp that takez you to the coin.

Thank you! Maybe Im just too tired to see the solution. Still I think that I need to send the toobz on the switch... Cant lure the enemies without getting hit. But will try tomorrow again. Or will wait, until others ask questions.

i've decided to point out another devious part in this CL . There is a secret switch found early in the level . Do not step on it the first time you come through. If you notice the 2 pitz, it'z not possible to cross from one to another . You will find a hidden GTS in the top-right corner of the map that createz a path between them . A red warp later in the level will take you back to the secret switch . If step on it the first time through, you will not be able to get the goodiez in the second pit.

BTW: you may want to scroll the brickz tool around the creation point area (there is an invisible foundation tile somwhere ).

I would like to know how Uni got out of the outer ring of rolling olivez at the beginning. I know I can be rather dense at times, but I can't do it. Hitting the switch doesn't affect where the ballz go, and they go too fast for me to get from the staircase at the top to the one at the bottom.

At the very beginning the trick is to use two Gruntz ... it is impossible to do with only one Grunt. Start one Grunt towardz the Two-Way Arrowz and the other Grunt towardz the Yellow Toggle Switch. Simply get that Grunt to the YTS and then concentrate on maneuvering the other Grunt to beat the Rolling Rock (disguised as a bomb) to the Black One-Time Switch. Sorry ... that's as far as I got in my own testing attemptz, so cannot help any further ... yet.

Anyway for Oldone'z problem: send one grunt out (click a place beyond the stairz in the direction you want to go), another grunt stepz on the YTS. Then send the grunt in the ring to a safe tile near the arrowz (I discovered it while looking over the level ). If you are having trouble with the outer ring: just use the arrowz along the side. at the end of the outer ring there is a BOTz which createz a staircase for the other 2 gruntz to go through.

I'm stuck in the same area as uni. The toobz goes and triggers the red warp to the coin and BO switch. Now where do I go? Don't you have to send the toobz to the island for the coin and to hit the BO switch? Otherwise, you have no way to get access to the straw and shovel and to get the gauntletz out of his area. I don't even know where to begin with the swordz?? Whew, this is really tough.

Toob Area: Give the baby walker to toobz. Have a barehand go get the gauntletz, the other goez near the green switch. Attract the toob with toobz. Give the toob the baby walker and get him trapped within the green pyramidz. Trigger the red warp with toobz. When you are back, make sure that the little plateau that was changing all the time is 'on'. Have toobz lure the enemy toob into the water. Lead him near the countertop that extendz into the water (switch pressed by gauntletz) and scoopz the toobz up. Lure the enemy toob on the blue switch and give him the jack-in-the-box. Get the coin and leave the area. Notice that a landing without toob spikez has appeared near the coin on toob spikez. Trigger the BOTz on that island. Ignore the coin, warpstone triggerz a red warp leading there right before handing in the warpstone. Send barehand to get the shovel, gauntletz followz behind. Toobz getz the bricklaying tool.

Brickz area: This is a diagram. A picture explainz it better than wordz. "." doesn't mean anything, just for spacing. Key: - S=switch
- O=hole
- F=filled-in hole
- P=sword position
- A=arrow
- Y=pyramid
- B=brick
- G=foundation tile
BBBBBGGGGGGGGGGGG BPBYBBGBBBBBBBBBBBB. BBBGGGGGGGGGGGGBPB OOOFOOOOOFOOOAOOFOOO OOSOOOOYFFF.F.F.POOOSFO. OOOOOOPOOOOOOOOOOOOO. There are many wayz to do this puzzle. You should do the holez area first, then the brickz. An untested way may be to have the swordz from the brickz area end up going down into the holez area. Afterwardz, give the gooberz to shovelz. It may seem a better choice to give it to brickz, but you need him to stop the RB from toggling the BOTz.

I got through the part with all the holez and was able to make a new grunt in the oven. Dropped the new grunt on the creation pad. Is he supposed to get that paver tool where the holez are? Anyway, got everybody through the next part where the green pyramidz and the BO switch is. One grunt goes to the Yellow switch where the ballz are going around and another steps on the Orange switch to let him out. Next onto where the red/ green pyramidz are and the slimez and 2 swordz are. I let the slimez kill the swordz and suck up the goo. I have no idea if I'm doing any of this in the right order or the right way. Not sure about the green hold switchez. One holds middle pyramidz down and another changes the landscape above, but don't know if I'm supposed to get to that area and how? Am kinda lost!! This one really needs a walkthrough, don't you think??

You need to get the paver tool before you make the grunt, remember, one of the areaz up ahead is much easier if your gruntz are all at full health . Did you get those 6 coinz? There is no red warp nor secret switch that leadz to those. For the green hold switchez, the onez that the RB is rolling over need to be pressed to allow a grunt to go through, the other on needz to be stood on so that there is a safe center in the pyramidz. The switch that changez the landscape is used to destroy the slime, then you get the go-kart. There IS a walkthrough, PM Goo Roo asking for it .

I got the walkthrough you wrote for this level from GooRoo. I'm glad that you wrote it because I wouldn't have been able to get this far without it. But, I'm stuck again! I'm at the part where the 4 gruntz cross the bridge to get the swordz. First, you said don't get the health. Not even the bottle? I won't be able to get to the bottle after all gruntz go past the green pyramidz to the bridge for the swordz toolz. Anyway, I got the swordz thru blue warp, get gauntlez, kill clubz, pick up sword. You said don't get the warp letter, but I need to get it before I leave don't I? My main problem though is getting the other 3 swordz out of the pool. It switchez back and forth between pool and griddle and I can't cross in either setting. Have tried all different methods and can't seem to get the timing right to get to the green warp. I see that it also gets pretty difficult after I get back. Don't know that I'll ever be able to finish this level so any hints would be appreciated!! Thanks!!
