I got to the blue gauntletz... am I supposed to kill him on the toggle bridgez, or make him break the giant rock?

Its possible to get the goo from your baked gruntz with the sponge gruntz. shoot on a empty blue tile and quick put your barehands gruntz on that tile !!

Its possible to get the goo from your baked gruntz with the sponge gruntz. shoot on a empty blue tile and quick put your barehands gruntz on that tile !! Oh well, do it the hard and tiresome way.  |

I need a clue/help to get past the blue gauntlet. I can get so far as to have him break the GR in the middle but then I never have enough health left to go though the spikes.....
What am I missing?

Thanks You probably let that Gauntletz Grunt hit you once too often. I used my GunHat Grunt to coax that Gauntletz guy into breaking the Giant Rock for me ... but laid a cannonball on him before he broke it. He staggered a bit, then went ahead and broke the GR. In the meantime, I hied me away to re-charge, so that when he came after me I was able to fire the second time before he could swat me. |

Well, I guess I need more specific help with this part. I've been at it since yesterday, trying all different things  I can't get past the blue gauntlet. GooRoo, you said you used your gunhat but, how did you get him out of there? (how did you kill enemy gunhat?) You have to start with Goober to hit the BOTS.....right? I have sponge and shieldz down there but they are blocked by the barrierz. GooRoo, anyone.... please feel free to send me a PM so as not to ruin for anyone else and give me more than a clue  Thanks |

i think the straw take the Gauntletz or must hat take the Gauntletz and his checkpoint are fake (not needed) ?? . it close the tile in the red pyramides
And it take hours to kill the hat gruntz on the GS at the R with the sponge ?

It is impossible to turn a GunHat Grunt into a Goo Puddle with a SpongeGun ... they take absolutely no harm from the spongez. (The game doesn't understand half a health point, so the result is no reduction in health to the GunHat.) Now, if you can move that GunHat onto Spikez, that would work ... but I have not made it that far to know if there are even any Spikez in the neighborhood. If the GunHat Grunt cannot be moved at all (surrounded by water, or on a plateau/in a gully), you have no hope with a SpongeGun Grunt working against him. But perhapz there is another Grunt with a ranged weapon who could be used to dispose of the GunHat? |

Run to get the Squeak Toy, and give it to the Gauntletz Grunt ASAP. Then run down to the enemy GunHat Grunt and hit him ... and duck. As soon as you can, have your own GunHat shoot the enemy. Then re-attack the GunHat with your GooberStraw ... duck, if necessary. Finish him off with your GunHat, and he is free to move, and you have another Goo Puddle to suck up. As I said before, send GunHat up toward the south side of the Giant Rock, and use the 'T' method to shoot at the space immediately north of the GR (where the Gauntletz Grunt will be) and move back towardz your GooberStraw to re-charge. It you are good with the 'T' method, you will shoot the Gauntletz again before he has a chance to hit you. |

Up until the puzzle with the SuperSpeed Powerup, I considered this to be a Medium with some Hard partz Custom Level as far as difficulty is concerned. Now I consider it "Frustrating"! After about a dozen attemptz (and failurez) with a single SAVE slot, I finally hit F5 instead of F8 ... and consequently blew the entire CL.  So I cheated from that point on, and determined that this is definitely "Frustrating"! The Green Pyramidz do not synchronize at all with the Red Pyramidz, so I was unable to make any progress. With unlimited Gruntz, I could drop a new one whereever needed, in order to finish the CL and determine the Statz Page resultz. The last Secret also seemz to be mis-timed ... or requirez perfect timing ... which I did not have ... I was squished by the Rolling Olive. So I will likely file this one away, and doubt I will ever attempt it again. Too bad ... it had a lot of good thingz going for it up until that SuperSpeed puzzle. (My Grunt kept going backward, instead of racing across the fast Toggling Bridge.) |

I'm not ASAP enough. Got that all done but straw is too low on health to go thru the spikes. Do I need to restart this part? Up until the puzzle with the SuperSpeed Powerup Don't click on the end of the bridge then, click along the path down rapidly as your grunt goes over, I could do it on my first attempt. The Green Pyramidz do not synchronize at all with the Red Pyramidz, so I was unable to make any progress. The green pyramidz toggle once when the red one toggle twice, a bit of help? As for the grunt dying, don't worry, only one grunt is needed to get the warpstone. Two will get stuck. The one on the timer switch you could save, but it'z not necessary. |

On the entire run from the gaunletz, you must only get hit once; when you get the toy to give him.

You had a GooberStraw at the very beginning, didn't you? Until the SuperSpeed area, the most difficult mini-puzzle for me was the TimeBomber and the Boxing Glovez Gruntz ... keeping the TimeBomber from (too much) harm, while disposing of the Boxing Glovez and GunHat Gruntz. Once the TimeBomber has been encouraged to blow up the most important Rockz (of various sizez), he may be turned into a Goo Puddle any time. (Even by enemy Gruntz!) I carefully disposed of the enemy Gruntz to retain their Goo, but had leftover Goo in the Well when I made the mistake of hitting F5 instead of F8 ... maybe not all of the Goo is required. |
