IMHO you should first test it yourself then sent it to a Betatester...

IMHO you should first test it yourself then sent it to a Betatester... The way I make custom levelz is part by part then then test them as I go along, sometimez I'm just not sure if they go perfectly well together; which is why I want a beta tester. Plus many of my levelz are quite large (and filled up quite well ), I have other things to do (like writing a walkthrough).

Solve: | 3:00:00 (The time you spend, with SAVEz, etc.) | Date Released: | July 24, 2006 (by battlezm) | Status: | beta-testing | Difficulty: | Hard | | Size:Big (80X80) | | Density: normal to dense | | | | | Statz Page image | |
Can anyone please beta-test this level, I believe all parts are playable but I have never played it all the way through. Here is a edited version, I dicovered a fatal error in an SP maze that doesn't allow a springz through. Why can't I put a new attach?

It is not necessary to create a new post in a thread that you started, BattlezM. (Anyone may modify (edit) their own post(z) here.) Just click on the Edit gadget, and update the original thread post (as I did, when I put it into table format). BTW, there is only 100KB (total) free (without charge, that is) space available for attachmentz. Normally, that is not a problem, since I would just SAVE the attachment to my hard drive, then upload it to my web host (where there is plenty of space!) and (finally) delete the attachment in the post, freeing the space for re-use. But with my problemz in accessing my web host because of the IE7 BETA 3 security errorz, I cannot perform any web site maintenance.

Problem is when I tried to modify the post, there was nothing of the attachment. The attachment indicator reappearz when you hit the button to modify the post. (Note that the attachment link is in the original post, even thogh I modified it.) P.S. You may also delete your own postz, as the duplicate post containing the table.

There is already a problem with your attachmentz, as when I went to view the attachmentz on the Forum, only my own attachment was listed, ad then an error message about attachmentz in this Board. I have to leave to pick up my daughter from work, and head to the Seattle Mariners' baseball game. I will not be able to look into this further until Wednesday afternoon.

Try the attachment in my quote of the info table. Also my walkthrough for this level is almost complete .

What I was trying to say is that the software that managez the attachmentz lost its mind when it came to your attachmentz, and was unable to display information about them. The attachmentz themselvez are not a problem. If the attachment in the original post is deleted, the entire thread will be garbaged ... and need to be deleted. That is one of the reasonz why I prefer CLz be sent to me in e-mail ... less hassle (if IE7 would let me access my web host!) with handling them.

Those attachments have bolloxed my ability to manage attachmentz! I will have to seek assistance from the ProBoards experts on how to delete ALL of the existing attachmentz ... and will likely prohibit attachments in the future. I am now verifying that I have the latest version of GruntzGolfing SAVEd to my hard drive and to my web host. Since I uploaded the version that was an attachment in the original post, it probably is not the correct version to be downloading. The internal (World/Properties) date of the one uploaded to my web host is July 24, 2006 ... the one from the later attachment is July 25, 2006. So I will have to re-upload the later version. I noticed that the "Author:" field in the CL is the default "Monolith Productions, Inc.", so I will change that to "BattlezM" ... which will change the date to July 26, 2006. P.S. There is a good chance that this entire thread will be lost, by removing the attachments. I have captured the original post's table, to re-generate the thread, if that happenz.

I'm right at the beginning and have my spyz and strawz with a grunt in the oven. Not sure about the next step. I guess I put the new grunt where all the boxers and holes are. Do I have to kill every one of them so I have all the goo to suck up? Then, in the SP maze I send grunts to the right to the checkpoints and what about to the left. I think I was premature because I sent one to the left and he is stuck. I think that I'm going to have to start this one over. This is the kind of level that sure could use a walkthrough.
