I cannot get to the new wingz planet... my old one are woren out on the way... is there a trick of some kind to get them on time... in the walkthrough it written: "Now take the new wings, don't get alone from pressing right-buttom on the just press! If you don't save you need to start over! To go back to get your old wingz, press F8! After you took the new wingz, there are new wing on next planet, take them! And go to blue warp and save the game!" ... what does it mean...

The closest point is not always a straight line. The trick is to avoid the first grunt'z tornado.

It is not possible to achieve a "PERFECT!" score on this humongous Custom Level ... there are no WARP letterz at all ... and no Coinz, either!
I just posted a link for the Statz Page on this one, so solverz may see what the expected result of their effortz will be.
I am toying around with a version that is much smaller (no larger than 72X34 ... probably even smaller) that will include Coinz and a WARP letter, so that a "PERFECT!" score will be possible. It is very difficult and time-consuming, though, because everything is soooooo spread out in the original map. My biggest problem is in retaining the only truly puzzling part of this CL ... the flight through the Wingz territory to get to the Blue Wormhole. That part of the map is truly deserving of the space it takez. It is deserving of holding out the reward of a WARP letter, at least, if not a Coin or more as well! I will probably 'turn the sub-puzzle on its side' in order to fit it in without retaining the 90 Tile wide aspect.

Wow, GooRoo. I go away for 11 days and come home to find 16 updated levels. You have been a very busy boy. I did one on Saturday, but I really couldn't think very well. I will begin going through the list tonight . What fun! and thank you for all your efforts.

I have a real problem, how can I shoot that sword grunt in the beginning off the switch?
Please don't call me dumb, it's been over three years since I played Gruntz.

I have a real problem, how can I shoot that sword grunt in the beginning off the switch? Please don't call me dumb, it's been over three years since I played Gruntz. That Grunt may be disposed of in two wayz (I believe): - Move your SpongeGun to the southwest corner of the island, and approach from there to shoot
- Find a diagonal from which to shoot (as, on the plateau) and send him into space (one shot)
If the second (fastest) method does not work, you will need to shoot him twenty timez.

Is the walkthrough still available for this? The link is broken. Nope ... several of his walk-throughs were lost due to the use of 'free' hosting ... and my failure to capture them and store them on the paid-for(!) web host. This is why I comment frequently about not wanting people to post links to their own (frequently 'free' ... and fleeting!) web hosts. I blame myself for not catching those things and copying them to my hard drive and uploading them to the web host ... and replacing the (soon to be broken) links with links that will endure.

Oh about that, the thing is I shut down the website on my own, I remember that. The service host didn't expire or anything like that, the reason I shut it down is because I wanted to move on. Though looking back I probably should have saved some of the pages before I did. Sorry it took be 7 years to tell you this, I should have said this much sooner.

Actually, I found out that Blaze's site is still up and running: realonebjarni.tripod.com/gruntz/The reason for the broken link is simply a typo... should be "bomb zplanet" instead of "bomb splanet" in the URL. Anyway, I think it would be a good idea to backup the files while they're still here. Interestingly, there are walkthroughs for some levels that are not available on the forum, including a level in the "High Rollerz" tileset... that one doesn't seem very pleasing, though.

I completed one non-Gruntz project and decided to try again to finish this one from the Boxing Glovez CheckPoint Switch ... and suceeded! Perhaps I aided DgVoodoo by doing a re-boot via a Microsoft Windows update. (Three times I fumble-fingered with the SuperSpeed PowerUp ... missing the Blue Wormhole and was stabbed into Goo trying to get back to it.)
This little (in solving time) Quest has some interesting solutions in a few mini-puzzlez! The opening scene can take quite a bit of time ... or be solved with one shot, if you are lucky. And I had a very thin red line at the end ... one Spikez Tile would have done me in. I went back to this level to see how much it holds up too in a let's play, and yeah honestly I like it too. It's very simple, but it still has charm to it. My opinion on my old levels has changed I now like most of them.

The most frequent complaint about your Questz was the huge open areas. This is one where lots of open space is an aid in solving the mini-puzzlez. The solver needs some room to get past the enemy obstacles! It still would have been nice to have a little more variety in the Ground Tilez ... mixing in Tilez 2 through 8 (or 10 through 16) creating mini patterns (such as circles around the enemy Gruntz' starting points) for instance. That minor complaint aside, this proved to be more than a "point and click" puzzle to be solved."
Good job!
