is there any way we can make new level sets. I have an idea for a boiling deserts one where you get vulture shadows that turn you into goo if you have low health.
Even if we cant make new level sets has any one have any ideas of level sets that you would like?

The only way to create a new level set is with programming...lotz and lotz of programming. The code would have to match that of Gruntz (so that it doesn't get rejected ). Then there would be the problem of installing the level set into gruntz and getting it to work. Also note that anyone that wantz to download a CL with a new level set, they would also have to get the level set into their gruntz game first.

is there any way we can make new level sets. I believe that Gruntz uses a 'magic number' (power of 2) limit for everything (except Tilez ... don't know why there are 329 of them). Chancez are that the limit for graphicz setz is 8 (2 3), so none could be added. However, should we be able to determine how to modify the Gruntz.REZ file Tilez, it would be possible to have a Gruntz2.REZ file that the user would have to 'swap' with the current one, in order to play CLz designed for one of the additional 8 graphicz setz that Gruntzerz would design. Any such graphicz set would have to 'obey' the layout of the current 8 setz. That is, all of the Switchez, Pyramidz, Brickz, etc. would have to be the same as the existing graphicz setz. 'Normal' ground Tilez in groupz of 1-8, 9-16, 17-36; level change in 39-76; 'bad' water 99-140; Water 142-181; Spikez 191 & 192; Static Hazard basez 193 & 194; Holez/Moundz 195-198; impassable 199 & 200; Bridgez 257-266; Stairwayz 270-281; Giant Rockz 286-294. Whew! That is a bunch of Tilez to be designed! And they have to be designed to be connectable on all 4 sidez with the logical Tilez that might connect with them! That would take a graphicz wizard ... which automatically disqualifiez me from the design phase! In the existing graphicz setz that have airborne hazardz, the health of the Grunt under them doez not matter ... the result is fatal to the Grunt. I have often wanted a cityscape graphicz set, where there are curbz (raised areaz) and drivewayz (acting like stairz) and doorz (Pyramid replacementz) and doorknobz (Switchez). Of course, the Rolling Rockz are carz.

Even more to add to the complicationz of designing, after you design all of those tilez, you will also need to create new hazardz, RBz, and particualary new eyecandy.
My idea for a new graphicz set would be an electric area, with thingz circuit board related (chipz, resistorz, capacitorz) thingz for eyecandy.

My idea is an underwater world, in which Gruntz automatically have something like Scuba Gear to swim. Eyecandies would be water plantz and static hazardz, a fish that appearz from the floor. The replacement for kitchenslimez/spotlightz is...well, a fish! RBz may be a shark. Breakable rockz are giant bubblez. That's all.
