The time limit has been removed, and of the ten copies available in the original offer, there are still nine left. (My wife bought that tenth copy for herself ... says I have 'contaminated' the copy she bought years ago and then gave to me. ) So anyone who wants a CD copy of Gruntz should give the link a try ... those copies may be available for a week or two (or longer). Disclaimer: I have no connection to the individual offering these for sale, and have nothing to gain if anyone purchases Gruntz via this link. (Except a few new Gruntz Fanz. )

I have been tempted to purchase the remaining 9 copiez (yes, they are still being offered!), but doing so would just drive up the total cost, since I would have to recover my cost, plus there would be additional postage and handling costz for me to send to someone else. It is far better (and cheaper) if you go directly to this source to make your purchase(z).

The offering on eBay is still viable, with one more copy sold since the last time I checked. Eight copies of Gruntz (and two other games) are still available!

One more copy has been sold, leaving seven copies of Gruntz (Shogo/Speed Demon) available from the United Kingdom. Essentially eight UK pounds + postage and packing (two pounds within the UK, a bit more to other destinations).

As-of two minutez prior to the posting time of this reply, there are still 5 copiez remaining. For some people, this might be an inexpensive back-up (or perhaps a replacement for) the Gruntz CD-ROM.
Bjarni, are you listening???

Perhaps, since hte last 5 of the original 10 copies are so slow to sell, one may be able to haggle a bit, and get a lower price!

why ... we should be ... more gruntzerz to the community... If they were actually sold, then I am ; if the seller just got discouraged, and took down the sale, then I am . (Even if buyers were only looking for Shogun or Speed Demon, they might investigate Gruntz, and get hooked!) P.S. I just checked the link, and it still works! And there are still 5 copies of the tri-pack for sale!!!

Something interesting happened with my German edition. I downloaded that patch for the resolution a week ago (I still don't see any difference, maybe I just don't know what I'm doing) and today I noticed that when I adjusted the sound level, everything was in english. All the little books with the hints are now in english also. Funny I didn't notice it earlier, but I never really paid them much attention. Go figure!

I asked my son-in-low to buy me one of the 'available' gamez through the link GooRoo provided but he got - 'This Account Has Been Suspended' message... I checked once again ... under the title of the website is written 'Item has ended' but as you scroll down you see 'Quantity: 5 available' ... so I wonder... are there or aren't there 'available' gamez ...

Hi Gaby Try it like that: go to the homepage of ebay co.uk and search for the Itemnumber 7153792106 or just do a search for gruntz. A few mins ago there was 35 available. Greetings and good luck! Helena

So, I would like to find a copy. My 6 year old got a hold of my original and it is no more and now the copy has died. The nice people at Monolith don't have any anymore and the Real Arcade thing does not work for me.
I've got searches out on Ebay and Half.com, but nothing yet. Any suggestions? Anyone want to sell me their copy? Or something?
Kate

I have sold (to SpongzGruntzer) the last copy of Gruntz. But if you can send me your original Gruntz CD-ROM plus $1.00 for packaging and the amount of postage you pay to send the CD-ROM to me for my postage cost, I will create a copy from my Gruntz CD-ROM and return your original and the copy to you. Your original disk is proof that you are a legitimate owner (even though it is damaged), so I do not believe any copyright would be violated to provide you with a replacement.
