Hmm... unprotected fortz = quick battlez. All you have to do really is just take your gruntz and aim for the far corners and try to get there without running into an enemy gruntz.
There's not much point in trying to use defense strategy or even offensive strategy other than grab a swordz and run!

The download link is wrong, it links to "KitchenChaosBattle.WWD", but should link to "KitchenChaos.WWD" Since this is the thread for Kitchen Chaos Battle, the link should (correctly) go the Battlez puzzle. In the Custom Level (Questz) "Honey, I Shrunk The Gruntz" thread, the link goes to the Questz puzzle. But I will check, in case the link in this thread retrievez the Quest, instead of the Battle. Edit: Right now, I cannot get into maintenance mode to see what is going on ... when I attempted to download via the link in the first post, what I got back was a "feel you're in the wrong place" message. When I tried to see what the proper link should be, I could not see anything, because the Java FTP Client never completed its display.

The download link in this thread links to gooroosgruntz.info/battlez/KitchenChaosBattle.WWD. But that leads to a "404 (Page Not Found) Error" page. But if you link to gooroosgruntz.info/battlez/KitchenChaos.WWD, it works, and it's definitely a battle. So you do not have to go to maintenance mode (what ever this might be???), you can just edit the link in this thread.

Excellent errata report! The change you suggested has been made, and workz just fine, now. That is "a good thing", since the web host still has a problem with the FTP menu itemz ... and they claim the fault is on my side! They insist that I need to get JAVA updated to the most current version (it alwayz is ... I update every time I receive a notice of a new version) as a remedy for the problem. There are several thingz I want to update on the web host, but without a working FTP link on their side, I cannot do anything productive. And I just realized that there is an omission in two placez in the Gruntz Level Editor Manual ( GLEM) that I should take care of ... nothing really serious, since the topic is covered quite nicely in several discussionz of the Object Box ... but there really should have been an entry in the root GLEM Index, with pagez devoted solely to those two subjectz.

I don't like this level at all. There are no obstacles preventing you to get to the enemy's fortresses. All you have to do is walk there.

We played this level with (swietymiki and MMM as usual.) And this level has the same problem as most of the levels we play. SO MANY EMPTY SPACES, there are no possible ways to defend the base, it's directly open to capture (the only way to defend is laying brickz which you will get already captured before you finish laying 6 of them). The level is also biased, one fort has a brick layer tool, one has a can of zap-cola, other one has a boomerang while the other one has a sponge gun.

Ah, the joys of Multiplayer (except for me, the one who only gets more work in index updating) that actually works now! Three new Statz Page images, from three different Designers, three different letters of the Alphabet and (probably) three different graphics sets. That is 15 different indices, not counting however may release years are involved. And I just finished the most recent task list ... now there are more ... which I will start on ... tomorrow. It is bedtime now, to rest up for the new chores.
