The map size is only 40x40, not 80x80 as stated in the thread. That falls into the "Small" category!

Size description was still not changed from "Small" to "Medium".
Also this level must have not been tested properly before release: the eastern GHS was left untriggered, and crashes the game upon pressing! This renders the south-eastern fort unconquerable. Also it is not immediately obvious which switch opens which fort because they were put in the middle. We didn't get to finish the level because of the first issue.

I do not play Battlez, so they are not distributed via the Gruntz Fanz mailing list ... just made available for download.
And the Announcement DOES indicate the size is "Medium" ... so it may once again be browser caching that gives the impression that it has not been changed.

Oops, I meant from "Medium" to "Small" (because medium size starts at 1601 tiles according to a thread from the Beta Board, and this level has exactly 1600 tiles). I also fixed the issue with the switch: the logic was present but had a wrong ID value, I pressed the Calc Cow ID button again and it was fixed. nofile.io/f/roCJ35Ukzfj/RockyWarz.WWD
