Doc said start exercising till I have my heartbeat up and working harder and don't stop till I sweat. Crazy man! He's a umm, umm, whaddayacall those people who look at,oh oh a neurologist. Says (months ago) mri shows 41 strokes and i never felt a thing. getting another one when lady in office gets approval from (a big heavy TaTaTa Taaa here) INS. Seriously, he's a very seriously smart man. I like him. He gave me some medicine that's serious too. Just reading the warnings and side effects scares me. But it's working. I think. I'm thinking a little clearer and now that I care whether I eat or not shows me something.
Ok it's colder than heck here and has been for weeks now so every day I clean out the fireplace, cough cough, (even tho I bought a mask) carry the bucket out and empty it into the big barrel. Then I carry in at least a half days firewood. Then I squirrel my big wagon over to the firewood pile and load the wagon as full as I can and still be able to pull the dang thing up to the huse. Sometimes get stuck and have to go the long way around and sometimes even pushing from behind isn't gonna budge that thing. *puff puff* So I take off some wood and then come bck later for it.
*sweat is running down face now*
Why did I buy a house in the mountains? I can't run or walk down the road cuz hurts arthritis in knees and walking is dangerous if I step on the very very many many rocks and twist my foot.
On the off days when I don't do firewood, I walk down to the meadow. Easy huh? Ha! Now I gotta walk back up that big hill. * Sweat is definetly pouring* Ugh that's not the way to spell definetly but who cares, right?
And guess what folks? I'm feeling better every day. But my hinny goes straight to the easy chair when I get back to the house. And you know what else? I'm gonna go have a toffee bar. wheeee.
