Hi all, I wasnt sure where to post this. I have been in the hospital for the last 2 weeks and am not sure just how long I will be home before my next prolonged visit. I must say Im sorry to GooRoo, as I have not been able to work on the archives. I hopefully will have my health under control soon and be able to get back to grunting. Take care all my fellow grunters, and please forgive my abscence. JO

Jo, we would just like to be kept informed - just so we don't worry too much if you don't post very often. Forums like this become very like families and there are concerns if a member of the family doesn't call in.

Take care all my fellow grunters, and please forgive my abscence. JO Things have changed regarding the Monolith Gruntz Forum; the domain will be renewed for a year, and we are high on the list of possible successors to the domain name. So any need for poring through the archives has been severely reduced. Now for the important thing: the state of your health! As Bea said, Gruntzerz are like an extended family. We are unhappy that you have been away, and even unhappier for the reason for your absence. May we pray for you? And would you feel comfortable with giving us more details about the nature of your hospital stay, so our prayers may be better directed and more effective? Jews, Christians and Muslims all pray to the same God, whether we call Him Yahweh, God or Allah, so most of us will be heard by one source of healing in our petitions for your return to full health.

So sorry to hear that you've been ill, Jo. I certainly hope it's nothing too serious (anything requiring hospitalization is serious ). We miss seeing you around the forums. And please, do try to let us know if you will be absent for an extended period of time. That way we can keep you in our thoughts while you are gone. But we won't be upset if letting us know that you'll be gone slips your mind. Your health is more important than us.

Thank you all for your concern. I will try to keep you up dated, as my strength allows. GooRoo, yes I welcome your prayers. To try to make a very complex situation short, I am having severe problems with my stomach. I have had two surgeries and both have failed. I have been in the hospital as I cant seem to keep anything in me. Ironically, I am now thankful for the fact that I have always been over weight. Things are getting better. I am weak, but have been off Ivs for 2 days now and am keeping some liquids down. I am optimistic that this too will pass. Thank you again my love JO

Ugh... I hope you are feeling better. Being in the hospital isn't fun at all.
