I cannot cause that the Bomb breaks the yellow bricks that es tan between the gaunter and the Bomb, my shovel does find the angle or the form to do it
Please aid.

IMHO the difficulty for this game is wrong... it is easy only if you're young and/or the fighting is with a nicer enemy then swordz and/or if you get some zap cola for healing our gruntz woundz after walking on spikez and/or the timing of the RR is less tight...

I agree Gaby. I managed to get through the beginning and get back to the start (after quite a lot of effort) but then I lose so much health getting to the enemy (much less killing him) and I can't possibly get from the green hold to the blue without dying. How 'bout a little cola here? I'm old! I need refreshment! Help!

IIRC, I got the coin with a grunt (not gauntletz?), then retreated the grunt. Then the same grunt goes in again to hit the orange switch, then he exitz again.
Afterwardz, I sent the other grunt over the spikez. He should have enough health to make it by the sword grunt (taking a hit). Then you can reach the GHS and continue with springz.

As for the bomber, cross pass the landing to the ground next to him. Then put the yo-yo right on the landing to stop him.

I did all that, but I hate working with the power in the red... I'm too ... and ...give us more zap cola and we'll be just fine...

How did you get past the enemy grunt standing on the Orange Up/Down Switch next to the Gold Brickz ? With that crooked bridge, and a one tile wide path (not counting the Landing Area north of the enemy grunt), there doesn't seem to be any room to maneuver the grunt into a position to blow up the Brickz ... without Shovel getting blown up as well ... even if Shovel were somehow able to get onto the OUDS with the enemy grunt on the Landing Area.

I could give the Yo-yo to the enemy grunt while he is still standing on the OUDS, but that doesn't help me 'encourage' him to blow up the Gold Brickz! My Grunt is in the wrong place to do any good, even if he could duck away from the explosion. Just getting him off the OUDS does no good, since Shovel cannot go back to his original starting position ... the Crumble Bridge Tile is gone .

I have managed to get this situation:


am I supposed to just stand there (and die) or whack him with the shovel (and die!) in order to get those Gold Brickz out of the way? Then I am left with a Gauntletz grunt with nowhere to go, because of the Holez around the Green Wormhole . Shovel has to survive in order to get to the next area!!!

Geezee ... I really don't know, where your problems are I've tried it already at least 10 timez, everytime passed that part in the first try! If you don't believe me - here you are:

And, YES! Thank you BattlezM for help with next part ... Yes - You HAVE to change Gruntz! And don't say only designer can solve that CL ... You just have to ... think. Your thinking process should be like this:

1. One of your Gruntz has to pass Purple Grunt at the bottom. Which one? Oh, there is a lot of ROCKZ! So I guess this could be Gauntletz Grunt!
2. Gauntletz Grunt has to have almost full health, as much as possible.
3. There is: Orange Switch at the top ; coin in the middle. So You have to pick up coin, press Orange Switch, go back and dig hole with Springz WITH SHOVEL GRUNT, because he doesn't have to have full health ; he doesn't have to pass Purple Sword Grunt!
4. So: first of all, switch to Shovel Grunt ; go on the spikez and pick up coin. Oh, you have not enough time to pass Rolling Rock? NO PROBLEM - go back, and try again. Then press Orange Switch. After that, go back, dig hole and THAT'S IT! He has red health.
5. Switch to Gauntletz Grunt. Pass spikez and Sword Grunt. He stays alive!

To hard? No problem! I'll change difficulty to Frustrating, just like "HoldOn!" CL, no problem ...

I don't know what to think about this ...

Like in the video, the bomb should be stopped on the landing, but I used this arrangement, which makez the timing for getting out of the way much easier.

Well, that was certainly interesting! I thought it a bit strange that I heard lotz of mouse clickz, but none of the soundz of the Gruntz game, itself. Did you have the volume on the computer turned way down, so the recorder only got the mouse clickz?

The video walk-through was certainly informative ... but I doubt I could remember everything that was done ... but the 'hard part' (for me) was worth the watching, all by itself!

Well ... it IS possible to record audio, butaa ... the quality is reeeealy low ( radio-quality, even worse ) so I bet it's a way better without any. Mouse clicks are attached in-record, I mean everytime when mouse click is detected, recorder applies right then "click" sound. Of course that's optional. Hey! I got an idea! Maybe I'll create audio track by hand with wav files in GRUNTZ.REZ pack and attach it to the movie? That's interesting ... but I'm still trying to figure out, ... how

my computer crashed (time to buy a new one) 3 dayz ago... now it is working on/off after a trchnician took care of it (for now)... so I quicly finished this CL with a PERFECT... it's a good one (after all)... my only problem was crossing the lava pitz (moundz) with springz... but it's my timing... thank you Tomalla...
