Having retrieved the green Warpstone and escaped from Mt. Radon's eruption in time, your next mission is to find the blue Warpstone stolen and held deep inside the Delta Complex, a space station filled with hard puzzlez and well-armed guardz. You will break in with two Gruntz, and make two more along the way to help. Can you face this challenge?

Ooupsies? I also would change the difficulty from "Hard" to "Medium", maybe but not necessarily to "Medium-Hard" if people start complaning Oh and list all of the glitches you need to know about to complete the level That'd be really handy

I dunno, it's harder than any of my other levelz which are practically all Medium, so I put it at Hard. But it's hard to say for sure since I made it... and you skipped several partz, y'know

I cannot seem to put an enemy Grunt on one of the three Purple Multi-Grunt Switchez, with two of mine on the other two in order to get part the Purple Pyramidz to acquire the northern GunHat. I tried (and succeeded!) leading the Suicide Bomber to the 'free' PMGS, but after the toy runz out the PMGS remainz raised ... with the Grunt atop it! And the only other enemy Grunt who can reach the PMGS movez past it before I can give him the toy.

Save, step on the green switch, look around and see what happened... then reload, and you should know what to do to keep an enemy on a purple switch.

I know! Replace "Hard" difficulty with: "Hard ... to say!" difficulty That should resolve all the doubts.

I have not re-visited this one, and was just going to distribute it, along with the other three CLz. I will have to delay distribution until I can re-do the map, etc. But I am still going to move this thread into "Gruntz In Space" right now.

Three new custom levels.
Absolutely fantastic, that means I have some material for my next Gruntz let's play video.
I will be playing one of these levels over a week from now.

I was going to see where you are, and discovered that my "View the map!" is off by 64 pixelz (at least!) in the upper left-hand corner. I have no answer for you ... but I have some more work for me! And I may try to (re-)play the Custom Level after I finish the re-mapping effort.

I have replaced the faulty "View the map!" with a corrected one. I had to use F5 (refresh) to see the change, so I'm sure that anyone else will need to do the same to see what the upper left-hand corner should actually look like. Now to (re-)play the puzzle to try to give advice as to what to do.

I am stuck right at the beginning. I have gauntlets, straw and option of rubber ducky. Where do i go now? You have disposed of the three enemy Gruntz: - 1
- 2
- 3
and have three of four Goo Puddlez required to bake a new Grunt (who you will need in the area to the southwest). So you need to acquire a source for the fourth Goo Puddle. Going east over the Crumble Bridge (with two Gruntz) can get you one, but you obviously need the prospective Goo Puddle to stand on a Purple Multi-Grunt Switch , so that will have to wait. Going west over the Toggling Bridge will leave a Grunt stranded on the Green Hold Switch ... also not an option at this time. That leavez south, where there are a couple enemy Gruntz that would be candidates, except neither one will leave any Goo behind. And you need a Grunt to stand (briefly) on the Blue Hold Switch in the southwest ... in order to reach the southwest! So your challenge seems to be to fill the Goo Well before you can make any progress. It lookz like you need to take Goober Straw and Toob east to first fill three PMGSz, then acquire the fourth Goo Puddle. Goober Straw is probably left behind, while Toob goes to the GHS, leaving newly-baked Grunt #3 to continue on south. Somehow, you will need to have three Gruntz to satisfy CheckPoint Switchez, so that is another challenge.

I did what you said and it seemed the only logical way!!! I could not get round to it as I just wasn't ready to give up the Gauntletz so early! Thanks for a detailed description. I sent the toob south and barehanded to the GHS. I have reached area with two purple swordz and can't get past them

Wait, isn't there a second Toob tool for the Gooberstraw to acquire? I know he won't be left behind on the east island. Oh... wow, I just remembered now. Of course. The toob duplication trick with the Thievez will do it it was puzzling me how there was only 1 Toob listed on the info but I knew for sure you'd get your handz on two... For the two Swordz, I certainly hope you equipped your Shield too early, nor triggered that checkpoint... remember, the Shield can survive up to three attackz from Sword Gruntz, but you need to actually reach them with Toobz first.

No, the only Toob comez from the Tool Thief; I actually sent the newly-baked Bare-handed Grunt to the Green Hold Switch ... over the Toggling Bridge. I remembered the early testing, when Toob could avoid the TB entirely, and just go to the GHS. My bad. Oh... wow, I just remembered now. Of course. The toob duplication trick with the Thievez will do it it was puzzling me how there was only 1 Toob listed on the info but I knew for sure you'd get your handz on two... Doing things correctly, only one Toob is required. For the two Swordz, I certainly hope you equipped your Shield too early, nor triggered that checkpoint... remember, the Shield can survive up to three attackz from Sword Gruntz, but you need to actually reach them with Toobz first. Getting through that Silver Pyramid maze, with the long delays that are built-in, is a real problem to get to the GHS in time to lower the GP so that the Rolling Rock can reach the Orange Up/Down Switch, etc. That is also where it becomes obvious that Toob has to take on the two GunHat Gruntz. Swimming to remove the enemy Welder and GunHat, in order to acquire the two Coinz (and have a chance for the "PERFECT!" score, et cetera.

Doing things correctly, only one Toob is required. But then you'd only have one Grunt progress through, and you'll need two to move on. I still say you need two Toobz to move on, regardless of what you do... I can't see the map possibly being solved with only one Grunt progressing after the water area. You have to trick the Tool Thief so that he attemptz to steal your Toob when you're swimming. He'll gain a Toob, but you won't lose yours - then just lure him back to land, preferably in the company of your second Grunt in the east island, so that you can dispose of him and later pick up his Toob.

I have been attempting to re-play this Custom Level Quest, and cannot for the life of me even get to the Silver Timer Switch ! Only three Goo Puddlez are available (to create, and suck up) on the original island. I have been able to obtain two Toobz , by taking the first one from the Tool Thief who had it in the first place, then doing battle (from water) with the other Tool Thief (originally bare-handed) with the aid of my Goober Straw Grunt . So I have a Toob Grunt and a Goober Straw Grunt, and Toob can move to the southern island where there are two potential Goo Puddlez ... and two enemy Gruntz who will never leave any Goo behind! Since I cannot get to the potential Goo Puddlez without first lowering the Green Pyramidz (and any Grunt who standz on the Green Hold Switch is stuck there!), I remain one Goo Puddle short of being able to bake a new Grunt. I can send Goober Straw across the Crumble Bridge to the east, and Toob can paddle his way there. Together, they can place the enemy Grunt onto a Purple Multi-Grunt Switch , release the Rolling Rock to do its thing, and turn the enemy Grunt into a Goo Puddle , creating the new Grunt. But then only Toob can go any further, leaving me one Grunt short. What am I missing?!?

You know you need two Gruntz to progress, so there has to be a way for the Straw Grunt to return from that island. Perhaps you could give him the Toob there somehow... you don't have to battle the Tool Thief 'on the spot', it may be a better idea to lead him somewhere else! Also, when you do reach the Silver Switch with two Gruntz, the environment can easily lead you into thinking you have to send both Gruntz at once, since there's a Rolling Rock to race. But the timing is intentionally very tight if this is done, so double check if you really need to do it this way, or just send one at a time
