I don't think you're supposed to lose any Gruntz to be resurrected later. You must be using spells that are not needed and losing precious health points.
You have to get the Gauntletz enemies to break the Giant Cupcake somehow... I can't say I remember how exactly, a Freeze spell could help but then again that could freeze your own Grunt on the spikez if you're not careful.
There is a goo puddle on the southwest island, you can resurrect that so that it holds the bridge up.
Teleport is probably the only possible way to kill that Gunhat keeping the Fort blocked on the north island.
You shouldn't give them toyz to press the switch, especially since there's a high chance they won't step on it and you'll have to reload; you can press the switch yourself when getting the 2 coinz. The black switch that grants you access is hidden behind an eyecandy, and you can't reach it without getting squashed by two very fast rolling ballz... however, you can make one of your own to press the switch, since rolling ballz don't collide with each other!
I probably should've made a walkthrough for this indeed since I don't remember most of it. If you still have trouble I'll try to play through it this week. But I'd imagine you just used too many spells that were not needed and now you're out of health. I'm 99% sure you won't need to resurrect Gruntz that have died by running out of health to cast spells, and I don't even think you should lose any for that reason.

I am about halfway through the level and will post later today when I'm done with it. I'm recording my playthrough so that you can skip to whatever part you have trouble with.

Ugh, after I finished playing the level figures I forgot to setup the recording software properly so it didn't record my Gruntz video. Whatever, at least I remember everything about it now.
What are you having trouble with? The hard part for me was the enemy Gauntletz Gruntz, however it was only that hard because I got the coinz without the Secret Switch, effectively rendering it useless. I think the black switch positioning was made to avoid that possibility but I was able to play around it anyway.
The Giant cupcake was a lot easier than I thought, all you have to do is get a Gauntletz enemy to follow you there and then walk past the spikez. He won't step on them and therefore will break the cupcake to clear the path. Then, you can lure him into the candles to kill him. Note that I took two unnecessary Gauntletz hits, costing me a valuable 10 health on my Freeze spell Grunt, but it didn't turn out to be a problem. I mispositioned my Gruntz on the bridge tile that was held up by one of the enemy Gauntletz, so don't do that - make sure they've all walked past that one bridge when you press the black switch to release the enemies!
If enemy Gruntz are completely blocked by solid tiles around them, a teleporter spell is the only way to get them out of there. You will use that on the enemies standing on purple switchez - the ones that are totally stuck. The ones on the left can be moved by casting random toyz. You will also need it for the Gunhat enemy. Then, to get the blue switch with a goo puddle on top of it activated, you will need the same trick as for the red switch earlier on the level: resurrect the goo puddle, then teleport the revived enemy away. Once that's done, you can send one of your Gruntz to stand on the green hold switch - you will only need Freeze and Resurrection to finish the level now.
Freezing the enemies standing on the purple switchez is the only way to get the coinz and the green switch near them without moving them off the crucial purple switchez - they help to lower the pyramidz around the King's fort. Then, once again you can use freeze on the enemiez near the Fort so that your Warpstone can get past them safely - careful not to freeze your own Warpstone Grunt! Right before that, though, you should be able to find a way to get the 'P' letter, and since none of your Gruntz can fly or reliably get teleported there, you will need to MAKE a new Grunt there!

I am playing the level again as I want to finish it this time! Any chance of a video/written walkthrough as you suggested?

I'll record a playthrough tomorrow, hopefully I won't forget about it! It'd be great if you used Steam since I'm always online there, but rarely bother going on Skype (mostly because it uses decent amounts of memory and CPU for no apparent reason at all, and my computer is handicapped in memory at the moment).

Perhaps this play-through is stored on "Steam" and not available in this Forum via a link. I am not on "Steam" (and likely never will be) so cannot verify one way or another that a play-through exists.

I've been too busy to get any of that done but I'll write down a reminder to play the level next weekend. Sorry it took me this long to respond, rohit.
Edit: for some reason I can't get the recording to capture the Gruntz screen, at least on this computer. Same issue I had last time, I thought I had it working but no go. It'd be best if you just tried to play through the level and asked about the parts you can't get past, and I'll drop by whenever I can to help.

I am making one more attempt to finish the level. Am stuck as to how to get to the SS. I need enemy gauntletz to break the Giant cake. Is it one of the 3 enemy gauntletz blocked by Black pyramids? After I release them, I use teleport and they end up at random places. What spell do I use on these 3?

He broke the cake to reach the SS. After that it was easy to finish. Got the PERFECT!!!
