Without a Warp letter, you will never see "PERFECT!" scroll across the screen. Consider it perfect, though, if you found all of the objects available ... all Stats "X of X".

I remember seeing a thread that was to address that "levels where perfect is not possible" issue. If there really is no Warp letter, someone could edit it in.

Edit: Actually Zu managed to get the "Perfect", so there has to be the letter hidden somewhere.
