Benadnam (Zazor5000) deleted his account

and all his posts are adversely affected. He even deleted his YouTube account, so all of his video walk-throughs are lost ... causing me extra work to correct the threads with broken links.

Whatever (I did that) caused this action is something that cannot be condoned. I received no notification at all of the action even being considered, nor was I given a chance to inform him of the results of account deletion.

I will continue the forum through the end of August, but this action tells me that the best thing to do is to give up the domain where everything is stored, and then delete this forum ... over 17 years old.

I'm afraid the fault is mine. I committed a huge mistake that deeply upset him, and I take full responsibility for that.

I do not wish for the forum to expire because of this. I implore you to let the forum stay at least a year longer. All of this does not deserve to be gone just because of the actions of one.

With all that said, I intend to depart myself (albeit without deleting the account). I don't want my actions to negatively affect anyone else.

Elsewhere I noted that the web site (domain) has been renewed for another year. Many other things have made demands on my time so that I have not been trying to solve puzzlez, and may have missed some updates to indices, etc. that I should have done. But hosting is still available until at least the end of August, 2022.
